Passing on our positive review for a recent visit to Uncle Julios!

The food was great. The service was half great and half ok. The first guy who sat us and took our drink orders was awesome, friendly, and eager to make sure we were happy. The bartender who took our order was barely alive. She didn't seem like she was too happy to be there and had zero personality. We wished we had had the first guy the whole time.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated and then after 10 minutes over servers walking past us looking at us like we are unusual...asked at least 2 servers who was going to wait on us?...they had no idea. We called a manager to share what was going on...he just said "interesting "...and asked a server would he wait on us and then he seemed like all was good. NO...it's not. What is the point of a wait list, table numbers assigned to servers and paying for a manager..when you still can't seem to get customer service right?! Won't be coming back! Too many other choices out there!

Really disappointed with the service in this restaurant. We stopped in today and it was beautiful and we asked to be seated outside. When they brought us to the table (4 of us) the table they offered was directly in the sun with no umbrella (I’m sure they would have brought an umbrella if I asked) we asked to sit at a shaded table. The hostess said to hold on and went back inside, when she returned she said in order to get another outside table we have have to wait again (15) minutes. But she offered an inside table (which we took). You should know that there was like 10 available tables outside that would have worked so I was a little disappointed. Well, we ate our meal which for the record was good and that outside table that we asked to sit at was still empty. As a matter of fact the outside was pretty empty when we were leaving. Also, at the end of our meal it took 22 minutes to get our check. That’s a tad excessive. The food again was delicious, and our waiter was kind and attentive but not being able to shuffle a table around when there is availability is silly. This may seem petty but there is a balance between good food and good service and they missed the second part.

We were a party of 9 and had to wait for an hour or so to be seated. Not a big deal sinve we drove 45 minutes just for the fajitas. They were pretty busy, with several large groups on a Saturday. Carlos was our waiter. He was friendly enough, but had too many tables and wasn't very attentive. Under less busy circumstances, he's probably a lot better. Unfortunately, our food came out incomplete with multiple issues that took way too long to fix. The kitchen was slow and service chaotic. We ordered fajitas but had to wait for tortillas. The steak fajitas were ordered medium but came well done. We had to ask for almost everything twice, including rice and beans, which are supposed to be part of the meal. The manager, Velden, was the worst part of the entire ordeal. Carlos sent him to speak with us about our concerns and, although he acknowledged the multitude of errors, he failed to actually apologize. His demeanor was downright dismissive. The portions have been reduced to a laughable size, making it not worth the price. A dollop of sour cream is an additional charge of $1.19 and you have to specifically request pico de gallo, which is outrageous in Mexican restaurant.Overall, I can no longer recommend this place. Prior to this last visit they were a favorite.

We had a really good experience at uncle Julio’s, friendly and good service, and a really good food.

Absolutely terrible service! Rude and unprofessional servers and absolutely inexperienced managers. Please do not come to this location. It’s so sad Uncle Julio’s with that kind of people working. I’m speechless to such a horrible experience today. If you are a parent of 3 little ones, work non stop and look tired - don’t come here!

This was our third visit to uncle Julio‘s. The first time was wonderful, the second time was just OK. We enjoyed it so much the first time we took friends with us recently. It was such a disappointment from the minute we walked in the door. The hostess did not seem thrilled to see us, this was 3 PM and the restaurant was not busy at all.all four adults were seated in a very small tight booth. We sat for 20 minutes before we saw anyone. We finally ordered drinks, they arrive 30 minutes later. The food arrived 40 minutes later ,was good, not fantastic but it was good. There was more food that can fit on our table but no one offered to remove any dishes. One of our guests asked to speak to the manager and actually took him away from the table as to not draw attention. He didn’t seem to care too much he did not even come to the table to apologize for the experience. Had the manager seem apologetic I would feel different. Next time I will take my $200 elsewhere.

This place never disappoints me. Service was great, food was served quickly and can't say enough about flavor, it was Supreme! This plate over here is the Guadalajara fajita with bacon wrapped shrimp. Portion is a good size with more than enough sides, rice, Beans, pico de Gallo, sour cream and guac. I also love this drink, I think it's called passion fruit limonada and for $1 you get a nice refill!! The ambiance is always good, better if you like Latin music ?

Food, serving all great. We were a group of 11. Our Server did great. Only 1 mistake, she added a couples tab to the wrong person to pay when I had asked in the beginning to add to my tab. Other than that Lunch was flawless. Thanks!
