bad experience , came in 6 minutes before close and was told they were going to close and they were sorry. Just disappointed posted store hours are not honored
They don’t get your orders right! I paid for salsa and an edible straw but didn’t get it. But there food is good. And the workers are so rude. They catch an attitude with every person that walks in.
10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND. A friend and i went here for the first time and our experience was absolutely horrible. The employee’s are very rude and they were constantly on their phone, not helping us out. We asked questions about the menu and they acted dumbfounded. They were grossly eating behind the counter and never payed attention to other customers. NEVER COMING BACK!!
The past 2 times I have been in tropical smoothie within the past 2 weeks have been HORRIBLE. It takes forever for my smoothies to be made, the smoothies taste like water, the associates act like they don’t know what they are doing. Where are my regulars???? Theresa, Cambria, Bethany, Aleena, Aaliyah, Trinity, Lexy…I miss you guys!!! Please come help these new people

From the moment I walked in the restaurant I could tell it was going to be a bad experience. My husband and I came in and all associates were just sitting around. No one greeted us when we walked in instead they gave us side eyes and a black girl walked up to the register as if we were bothering her. While we were waiting for our smoothies, a white woman walked in to place her order. The mixed girl who was at the the register was not paying attention while the lady placed her order so the lady had to repeat herself. The girl was also not wearing a mask so, the woman asked her if she could put one on because of the spike in Covid cases, the delta variant, and the fact that she has a 2 YO at home who cannot get the vaccine. The girl continues by saying she was vaccinated and the company says she doesn’t have to wear one then she proceeds to ask someone else to make the woman’s smoothie. Mind you, the mixed girl was the ONLY one not wearing a mask in the entire restaurant. As the woman and the associate were having the conversation, one of the associate’s friend decided to chime in by making jokes and antagonizing the woman. Excellent customer service brings in business. The associates seemed like they didn’t not want to work, the customers were inconveniencing them, and they carried on in conversation using profanity as if it was appropriate to have these conversations at work. WORST TROPICAL SMOOTHIE EXPERIENCE EVER! ??
The smoothies are delicious and the staff is very nice and helpful.
This was my first time coming to a tropical smoothie cafe and I have to say I received the best customer service. The girls were so kind and they helped me with what I wanted to order. I think their names were cambrya, jessica, bety, and lidia. Definitely will be coming back
I walked in with my daughter 15 min before closing last night and was rudely told ‘we’re only taking online orders.’ It was 8:45pm and they are open til 9. This was at the Dillingham Square location. I go there at least twice a week but they have lost me as a customer forever.
