Delicious smoothies, but very dirty. You'd expect someone to come by and wipe down the tables from previous customers. They also gave us the wrong oder, but that really isn't as bad as the place you're suppose to eat at being unclean. Especially when there's, you know, a pandemic going on.
Got acai berry boost and Island Green. Smoothie were great. You get alot for the price definitely will be back.
Not sure why they even bother with this location. Every time we've come by here it's been closed. Terrible hours. Staffing issues? Maybe try paying your employees better so you can retain staff. ?
I asked for a Thai chicken wrap and baked chips and they gave me a wrap with no chicken and no chip absolutely disappointed
Best tropical smoothie in the area. You can always taste the different fruit and customer service is stellar.
This is my favorite TS in Woodbridge. The manager is awesome. My smoothie is always perfect. I order items that were previously featured menu items and no longer served, but if I ask for it he always puts it in because he knows the menu that well. I can always guarantee a good smoothie here. And I love a store that greets everyone. Order ahead because they do get busy. Even if you order ahead you sometimes have to wait. But the smoothies are A1
Mistakingly ordered at the wrong location. Called store to explain situation and manager was rude and unwillingly to refund us for the purchase we couldn't pick up. I understand it was my fault but zero customer service experience.
I hate coming to this location because the customer service is horrible. Nobody is ever at the front counter when you walk in and the music is always blasting. Then when someone does walk up they talk to you like you are inconvenience them. Unless I absolutely have to, I come here. The one on Nabesco is way better customer service wise.
Was waiting in line for a few minutiae nobody acknowledged me a boy with bleach blonde hair was just talking with a boy in the back as they both look at me not saying anything continue to talk and not say anything to me. Another customer came in behind me also waiting and still nobody came up to us. Finally when someone came up I got my drink from my online order, went to my car to try it and there was so much ice I couldn’t even use the straw. Was going to go back inside to ask to remake but they locked the doors at 7:50. I understand they close at 8 but locking the doors that early and giving bad customer service.The very next day the manager Josh reached out to me with this concern and apologize to me, also mentioned he was going to give a refund to my account and also offered me to come back for a free smoothie. He was very polite and apologetic and told me he was going to be talking to the staff members to make sure this does not happen in the future. I went back to get my remake of my smoothie it was made perfectly and I appreciate them reaching out so soon to me.
