Im new to the area and I love trop so i was very excited to grab a mocha madness from you guys.First thing I walk into is one of the employees sniffling, which ya know in this day and age is a little bit like ehhhhh. But I figured it was allergies or something but then she also proceeded to sneeze while she was talking to me and wipe her nose with her hands multiple times and then proceed to touch a bunch of things behind the counter without washing her hands including making my drink. I ended up just throwing it away because that is so gross and unsanitary and is unacceptable. I wont be back.
Try the one on Prince William Parkway instead ! Never had a problem. I ordered delivery through the Tropical Smoothie App for this location and never got my food. When I called the restaurant not one staff member could advise me on what to do. Ridiculous management.
Please have at least one manager on site or an adult… this establishment is ran by teenagers that are not responsible. Took an hour for 2 sandwiches/ 2 kid smoothies… smh. I understand times is hard but I am sure an adult owns the establishment. You may have to come in on lunch and dinner times to help.. smh
If you love tropical smoothie, don’t even waste your time at this location. The entire establishment is run by teenagers who are late to open, the music is blasting as if you’re in a club, the orders are never correct, and the customer service is terrible. It’s unfortunate that the management would rather leave teens in charge or running their business and running it to the ground instead of coming in to make sure they’re doing their job correctly, or hiring staff that cares more about the customers. Avoid at all costs.
I love this place!I always get the mango magic and the staff hand off my drink in a timely order every time!
Live really close, so it’s a super convenient spot. I’ve stopped in here on many occasions to grab a quick post workout smoothie. Always have gotten great service and the smoothies taste fresh and delicious. Will continue to be a customer.
As a door dasher, we are paid based on how fast we can get the order to the customer. When it takes the staff 30 minutes to get me an order, not only does it look bad on you guys but it also looks bad on me. There were 3 people behind the counter and they were clearly not in any rush despite there being 4 other dash orders in the lobby and 2 people waiting for their dine in food. Absolutely not acceptable.
I came to Tropical Smoothie 10 mins before closing and the cashier informed me, very rudely, that she could not take my order because I was too late. As I was about to leave, a young female worker by the name of Halima said very kindly that she did not mind taking my order. Even though the same rude cashier kept persisting that she should not take my order and even went as far as cursing, Halima still took my order with a smile under her mask. I am giving the 5 stars to her and her great customer service. Continue being kind and don’t let anyone convince you to change Halima.
Chill enviroment and great smoothies! A little pricey but I understand that
Employees were funny and friendly . also the cups are very well insulated i snuck into my friends college class for an hour and the smoothie didn't even melt while I was in there
