Food was alright. Service was poor. Waiter seemed to be preoccupied with other things. Wasn’t very friendly or interactive. Didn’t check in us too often. Forgot things we had asked for and we never got offered bread. The food itself was ok. Think Cheesecake Factory in general is ok. Good menu but nothing great. I probably wouldn’t go back to this location.
The food quality was not good, they made us wait for a long time before someone came to take our order. Many of the servers were standing around and laughing. The management needs works, also why would you turn off the ovens at 10? If the restaurant closes at 11? and the bathrooms were nasty. If I could give a zero star, I definitely would.
As always Cheesecake Factory had great food in friendly packed environment. I tried a different dish and it's my new favorite, can't remember the name but had beef medallions and shitake mushrooms.Also ordered a couple of slices of cheesecake, one Godiva chocolate and one tiramisu.Great place.
Our server Stephanie was fantastic, attentive even during a busy Sunday brunch shift. Avocado rolls are always awesome! Fried chicken and waffles were delicious. Lemon ricotta pancakes had a lovely light texture and sweet lemony taste.
The power went out and they didn’t feel the need to let the people know who’ve been waiting. Staff communication is terrible.

The best part of this restaurant is the waiters, they are so friendly and helpful, always smiling, which is great and makes you feel like you're home.The food is ok to me, I've never eaten in this place and was impressed except for the cheesecake of course "the best ever"The food always seems like it's missing something or the portion could be better.Overall, I like this place.

Great time at the Cheesecake Factory - Potomac Mills today. Our server was Joshua and his customer service was impeccable. The food was hot/delicious and we had bar/high top table seating so we didn’t even have to wait 45 minutes for a table.Didn’t know they offered a cucumber lemonade. It didn’t disappoint. Was very light, refreshing and good. Joshua recommended it and it was spot on just like he said.I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good casual dining experience that won’t break the bank…..The whole team was great to include the smiling hostess, the people that bussed the table and of course Joshua and his colleagues who helped.
Very good service and very good food. Parking is free in the lot. Portion sizes are huge. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I think it's slightly overpriced but maybe it's just right if you treat it as two meals. Our waiter was awesome, knew the menu really well and had great recommendations. Highly recommend coming here.
