The food here was good. However, most restaurants provide refills on your drinks at no additional expense. I had a lemonade that was $4 and change. I had asked for a refill for one. And even upon asking I waited and waited and waited for the refill and didn't get it until we were about ready to leave, and additionally I was charged for the refill! One would think that if there was a charge for the refill the server would so state. There was no mention of a charge for a refill for a drink. But she did mention she had to 'go hunt it down' to be able to provide it to me. I found that a bit odd. I would have been okay if the lemonade I was drinking contained alcohol, that's acceptable. But not a nonalcoholic lemonade. The server was a bit slow, she was okay at best.
On 6/8/32. While visiting Woodbridge VA, I stopped by TGIF for dinner for my family after a long road trip. I saw rat/mouse run freely from table to table.The waitress,(obviously concerned)proceeded to get the manager. His response was, we are aware....yes he said they were aware of their rodent problem. Quite snarky too. Then he proceeded to provide a rehearsed apology and offered to refund my money. It is after 11 pm and there is nothing open. I told my family about the rodent issue and let them decide how to proceed. We decided to trash the food and write a review. Where is the health department when you need them?
Sadly I did not catch our waitresses name. However, we will be back! I have a family of 6 and we went out for lunch. Three of my kids are 5 and under. This wonderful lady had no trouble talking with any of us making us all feel like family and cared for. She got the kids squared away with ease so me and my husband could actually look and order what we wanted not just burgers and fries. Checking on us throughout to top drinks and clear giving us time to enjoy ourselves. And if the kids got a bit loud (as my kids always do- I'm raising a zoo I tell you) she waved me off telling me not to worry. I will go back just wish I had caught and remembered her name.
Came in to get dinner, no one sat us, bartender looked as us 3 or 4 kept talking to and carrying on and joking. After 5 minutes we left. Hope other have a better time trying to eat here
Came for lunch. Was the first to arrive when it opened. We Had Wing Platter, Mozz Sticks, and Fries. We had 3 different flavors of wings and my favorite was the Dragon Glaze. Food was hot and delicious. Our waitress who actually was the bartender was great. Very friendly and helpful. Food was priced just right for what we got. Definitely coming back to this location again.
Showed up had 4 different servers walking the floor helping about 7 tables. 16 empty tables. I tell the hostess we have 8 people. She tells me it’s going to be a wait because they are short staffed. Such BS can’t even put us at a table.
The cheeseburger tasted awful, but the wings, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese, tasted okay. Overall, the food quality isn't that great
Horrible bar service with people singing and dancing instead of serving customersDJ night with loud poor quality sound system and a not great DJ.Food was good and hot when served.Weird crowd standing in the bar.Too many other good places nearby, I'd go elsewhere.Is it a dinner place for families or a downtown disco with a cheap DJ and poor sound system? ☹️
Service is soo slow been here for an hour , my daughter has yet to get her lemonade , Iv only got 1 margarita she has been checking up on us smh their too busy gossiping the worseee !! never coming again , go somewhere else
