One f the worst experience I never had last night a Friend of my invited me to eat there was my first time my husband American he never be in this place before we get there at 9 pm they close at 10 pm in one hour what we eat was a beef nachos plus share drinks with my friend one Lady bring the bill for 158.00 then the other server 10 minutes later bring other bill for 225.00 so that's more then 375 dollars in one hour... we speak with the MANAGER...wich he's name is RAMON and the server her name is LUPE both are disgusting both together FIRST AND LAST TIME if you want to be robbery go to this place is for sure you come out without money thank you

Waitress was very rude and we felt rushed. She actually reached across my face and removed items from the table without asking if we were finished.Very poor customer service!

Went inside for an order of tacos for take out, was told I would be called when order was ready. After 30 minutes I went inside because they forgot, the order was cold AND it was not what I asked for . I just got a refund and left. The girls up front were unprofessional and eating at the host stand

Amazing food. Very low key, chill atmosphere, with delicious cold beer and simply amazing tacos. Staff is super friendly and took care of our friends' special requests with no trouble.

I had the pozole . It was really good. I guess what the place lacks is more attentive service from the waiter. Other than that I will come back. Micheladas are my number one reason to come back.

The food and drinks were excellent. Will definitely come back!

-Food was ok-Service was poor # servicio fue muy malo- ALL the interaction was in SPANISH # Español-MUST READ - LEANLO TODOHere is what I experienced on my first visit:On September 13th 2021 at around 4 PM I visited Ricos Tacos Moya. When I arrived there was no host so I came in and went had to ask for a menu then choose a seat myself ( maybe I should have known that it was a self seating place but it was my first time there) so I approach the someone who appeared to be the host/hostess, asked for a menu and then seat myself. When server came I asked about the happy hour beer and she seemed confused (there was a huge happy hour sign on the back wall) , -I specifically asked for it because I did not want to get charged more later by ordering something outside the happy hour specials- Finally, I ordered my drink and food I was brought chips and salsa, when chips and salsa came I asked the waitress if I could have some hot salsa to which she acknowledged but my spicy salsa never arrived, I was waiting to kill my chips with spicy salsa and ended up having them whit what she originally brought. Then when food arrived my 4 tacos came with one tiny 2oz container of green salsa (half way full/empty), to which I asked the waitress if I could have another varieties of salsas, more spicy ones , red salsa etc., By the way, I do not know of any authentic MEXICAN restaurant that only has/serves one type of salsa. To my surprise the waitress seemed perplexed to which she pointed at the tiny green salsa she gave me and she said that was it . So I had to rephrase the question so she finally brought me red salsa. But the worst thing had not happened yet... It was not until I asked for the check that I saw I was overcharged on two of the 4 tacos ordered , the menu clearly said each cost $2.99 or simply under $3.00 and I was charged $3.50 instead. At that point I did not have the menu so I simply paid. But before leaving I asked for the menu again to verify prices and to my surprise the menu had handwritten new price on a white piece of paper (as shown on picture) ... at that point I brought it up to the waitress' attention and she acknowledged that some of the menus did not have the right price but rather than offering to fix it or offering an apology, she simply said that and walked away. So I then approached someone else and asked to speak to the manager, when the manager came I described to her what happened and she did not offer to fix my check nor apologized, until I told her that was not ok and I needed my refund. I tried to make a point asking her how she felt that was done to her but it went over her head. I think that it is very important to train people no matter where people work, especially managers so they are able to solve some issues as such. I am upset at myself for not taking a picture of the ORIGINAL PRICES but I wish I did.Unfortunately for their business, I am not planning to go back to that restaurant since it left a bad taste in my mouth -pun intended-SincerelyFrankie Macias

Beautiful ❤️ nail ?

The food is good but the vibe is great just that sometimes they take kinda long to bring you you're food

Good tacos unfortunately they have poor customer service.I attempted to order 40 tacos for taco Tuesday get together at my house. The person got frustrated with my order and my questions and just hung up on me. When I tried to call back they did not pick up the phone and ignored my call...Unfortunately poor customer service outshines good food.
