Chris is AMAZING!! Always come to this Taco-Bell but this time really stood out to me!! One of, if not the best customer service experiences I have ever received in drive-thrus. Way to go Chris!!! :)
Currently have been waiting for 30 min for my food, time will only tell how long it’ll be till I have my order in my hand. Three young men by themselves working, no management and no extra staff, however seems to be one of their friends talking to them from the lobby distracting them and talking poorly about the management staff at this location because “he wasn’t hired”. I wish they didn’t have the staff, atleast some form of management from this location or another location was present to help these young men be able to handle the high traffic coming through. This is absolutely ridiculous and should not happen, I know I will not be coming back unless management reaches out to me.Update: An hour and half later got my food, only 20 min after I requested a refund and was told my food was being made right then, when it wasn’t.
Waited in line for 45min+++!!!!! 7 - 8:15… DATE: 4/1/22… please don’t go to them and let them shut down!!! They don’t know how to manage!!
Drive thru is terrible. If I wasn't craving a Baja Blast I would have left, it took me 16 minutes in the drive thru line to get my 3 items. No apologies for the wait and it took a few minutes at the window to get the food.
The drive thru line took forever. However the window cashier was very nice. What can I say about the food. other then it was fast food.
I went to scan the UPC code on the Menu and the manager told me I wasn't allowed. Food was good and fresh. I don't know why they have the UPC code if your not allowed to scan it. I don't think she realized you can scan the UPC, she seemed genuinely confused and suprised.
Went to location and placed our 0rder inside at the kish stand and was paying cash. After waiting a good bit, they said never got the order ? Anyway they made our order fast, and was great!
