Drive thru service was awful from start to finish. I said number 8 and was asked twice if I said 6. ...they don't even sound the same...Had to repeat pepsi twice... Was asked what kind of sauce I wanted, made a selection, and ended up with none in my bag...Upon paying I almost got charged for the car ahead of me who's order was $4 more. No apologies or anything for the mistake... then the employee had trouble counting my change (total was 10.55, I gave 2, $5's & a $1 in cash...)Also the food was incredibly cold as if it had been sitting out. Tasted awful...
Quick order of hard shell tacos. Fills a need. Not supposed to be gourmet food.and it isnt!
Don't go to this one. This location is trash these days. They always mess up my order. Went to the drive thru for breakfast today. The potatoes in my burrito were like little rocks, the drink machine was broken and my Kickstart was all water. This is the last time I'm going here...
They always shoot the sauce into the corner of the product instead of covering the entire burrito or crunch wrap or whatever. This is the only issue I have with Taco Bell.
Love getting breakfast here but all they ever have in stock to drink is soda.
Ridiculous. Show up for what was a 30 min lunch break to grab food I pre ordered. Show up and wait forever for them to say they don't have my order. I clearly have a receipt showing this location and that I paid. Order tracker says its “ready enjoy”! Except, Im told by the manager too bad! Cancel the order we don't have it. Even with a receipt he will not complete the order. Told me there was nothing he could do. And! There was no way to cancel the order! Absolutely the the worst customer service I have ever encountered! So now I have to go spend more time on the phone to call and get my money back! Because a manager couldn’t find an alternative way to help! Or even do it politely!
The food was fine and the staff was adequate. It's Taco Bell so I wasn't really expecting greatness

The drive thru is quick but don't order the Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch 85% chance you just get a regular shell while paying for the option. I've had about 10 substituted now with no warning or discount, this last time I specified not to screw it up, they said okay and then still cheated me. Other than this one issue the staff is polite and orders are quick especially if you use the app.Nobody answers the phone when I call to address the matter.In the photo is a regular shell not the Doritos one
Drive-thru service was good. I was able to communicate with staff, which is not always a given in a fast food drive-thru due to broken mic/speaker, garbled speech, etc. Service was fast but when I got home (2min) the food was cold. There are few things worse than cold taco bell. I hope it's different when I go back
