So this is the thing. My kids LOVE Sweet Frog and so do I. I know this was an isolated incident. Had it not been the behavior of what I learn to be a manager, I would have let it go. Here’s what happened.My three year old put her fingers in the Rice Krispie’s. Which I’m sure are not even brand name Rice Krispie’s.Total cost of product wasted: $00.30.I get food cost. I get frustration with having to waste it. But I don’t want to see it. Not when the sign on your front door advertises your fun atmosphere and focus on customer service.When the manager looked at me visibly frustrated and rolling his eyes I didn’t mind. It’s when he threw the bucket of Rice Krispie’s and my three year old asks me if he’s mad at her.No way guys. You’ve got the the wrong guy managing here. He showed enough attitude that a toddler picked up on it and felt scorned. I offered to pay for the goods wasted. He declined.I would like to shout out the very young man who was so nice walking in. He was so kind to my girls. I wish I got his name. But his manager ruined a treat my girls have enjoyed since they were kids. Thanks.

Their product is really good. AMAZING customer service. The workers: Ryan, Evelyn, Tay, Jasmine, Gabbi and Ivan are really nice. Ivan helped me with my yogurt when it fell on the floor. Ryan and Jasmine were very welcoming when I came in. Tay and Ivan were very nice and had a mini conversation. They all are very sweet and the place is very clean. I think they deserve a raise! They also have the best hospitality and 10/10 recommend coming here !
The employees here are so welcoming, and also very helpful… I definitely recommend coming here because the customer service is great.
The last couple of times I went there, the people working closed 10-15 minutes early. If the store’s hours have changed, it should convey that online.
Very nice location! Good frozen yogurt and friendly staff! The plastic glove requirement is a bit over the top! I’d prefer to sanitize and move forward but to each their own!

The male employee is the most attentive when fixing the yogurt stations.The many times I have visited, 1 - 3 yogurt stations were not working, and they were out of mochi for a long time.
