When I asked the short lady wearing glasses with the dark hair who was just entering the store starting her shift if she could use gloves to get my cookies she told me that’s why they use thongs (nasty). She proceeded to wash her hands & put on gloves then grab my cookies without the thongs she stated they use prior to me asking about gloves. Then slammed my cookies on the counter telling me to have a good day. Unsanitary, Rude& unprofessional. 1 start given because zero wasn’t an option.

This Subway is owned by someone that does not care about their customers AT ALL! I ordered a footlong Tuna that had less tuna on it than you would get on a 6" you get at other locations. I contacted Subway and they passed it along to the owner who accused me of lying and refused to make it right. I wrote several emails and never got a response other than the initial response. I contacted corporate and they were absolutely disgusting in the way they talked to me & handled this. I will NEVER eat Subway again! This happened last year and I was going at least twice a week and I have not been back since! Go to Firehouse instead! They have the best subs from a chain you can get! They also have no controversy over their tuna, bread, size of their subs or former spokesman etcetera!

Sandwiches look like a 2 year old made, fell apart the second they were unwrapped.
Love Subway, but this place is a train wreck, often running out of white bread, brown lettuce, failing to prepare meatballs on the Sunday special. Failing to seal to go sandwiches, failing to include napkins.
I placed an order through DoorDash online and it was fast as always, no problems with DoorDash. But Subway -When I got my order it was wrong. I paid for 2 cookies and only got 1 plus I asked for guacamole and there was none on my sandwich. I guess that the extra mayo was to replace the lack of guacamole on my sandwich. I won't order from this subway again!
