They should change the name to Starnothing, because it’d be a perfect description of their menu availability on a regular basis. They aren’t just out of arbitrary ingredients here and there, it’s literally core ingredients every day. Strawberries, caramel, oat milk, espresso. How do you run out of espresso?L M A O.There is some sort of deeper logistical failure happening here and it’s a shame. At least McDonald’s can keep their coffee machine up, even if their ice cream is down.

The worst Starbucks in the area. Always out of main ingredients for drinks, their “ order ahead” window is never open. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait in the drive through line to get it? The only positive thing is Nan. She is just a sweet lady who tries her best.
This is a drive thru, My order is always ready but today it was a different story maybe they are short staff but overall a good place to get your coffee.
Very friendly staff and I received my London Fog quickly, despite a long line. Visitors should note this locatoon has a walk up window and drive-thru only; no inside service.
Don’t go after dark they get lazy with their drinks. Both my orders are wrong. And they were simple add ons. My hot chocolate was also cold even tho I ordered it 2 minutes prior
I ordered thru drive thru and when i drove and tried my drink it was the wrong one. I tried to go near their window but they completely acted as i wasn’t at their window, i even knocked on it and they looked at me and just talked between each other. They’re drive line was extremely long, which i was trying to avoid. Since i had already been stuck in it for a while beforehand. They just don’t care. But they have terrible customer service.
I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. The staff is very nice and the coffee is always so fresh. They are very quick as well.
Took 25 minutes to get my drink and it wasn’t even my correct order. Employees don’t seem to care to take care of customers properly and in a timely manner. A lackluster experience at best.
Nice employees but severely understaffed, insane wait times. Oh and and walk up window is a joke.
