This Starbucks is often dirty, trash on the tables and floor everywhere.I think of Starbucks as a classy place where intelligent, respectful people congregate. But this Starbucks seems to have a different kind of clientele; Insecure people who dislike civilized, respectful behavior. ???
We all love the drinks but food needs a little upgrade. Customer service was below Starbucks expectations. Overall this location needs some work to get up to the level we expect.
I have only been to this location twice but both times were disappointing. Both times I ordered a Pink Drink & both times there was a problem. The first time they didn't have any strawberries which I completely understand the global supply chain problems & have no problems with that. The fact that they did not tell me & made the drink w/o them is a bit of an issue though. The second time it looked like the coconut milk was bad because there was lots of white pulp in the drink & it didn't taste quite right. My suggestion is to avoid this location. The one across from Target on the Parkway is excellent though!
I love this starbucks so much! they make no mistakes i come here daily so good!!! I definitely recommend to come here the area is so nice there are so many places to sit at and relax! While you drink your starbucks.
Service was great and on time but the place is FILTHY. Straw wrappers all over the floor, dirty floor and tables. Only one bathroom in service. Not what you would expect from Starbucks. Very unappealing.
I am always intrigued by the different personalities that emerge at the various SBUX I visit. Some go the extra mile to ensure that they measure up to the high expectations of SBUX, while other could give a $%!+ about you or your order. This store is somewhere in between the book ends.
My coffee was cold then I asked her to give me hot one . But, she changed me again “ 59c “ . It’s not fine :(
I thoroughly enjoy blaring my horn at snobs that FALSELY believe they are entitled to park in the fire lane to retrieve their precious lattes. I hope others join me in public embarrassment of these idiots.

They have terrible coffee...if you want an expensive totally overpriced fluffy drink...then waste your money.
