Waited for 20 minutes to order then after 10Minutes of waiting for my drink I asked rude sloppy fat girl made it wrong and when I asked about it she said they didn’t have any of what comes on the drink and when I asked why didn’t they tell me she said it wasn’t her faultAsked for a manager they didn’t have one they got someone else . Told her what happen and she said nothing didn’t even apologize ??? feel bad whoever they get to work their for the hiring event . People should be careful how they talk to people cause if I didn’t care about going to jail I would of thrown my drink at her .
Cindy and Jen are incredibly patient and accommodating. Their efficient work ethic and dedication set the standard for a welcoming experience. 10/10.

This was the worst experience. I ordered my drink at the counter and waited over 10 min. Everyone that ordered after me got their drinks. The barista saw me waiting but never asked. I left without asking for refund. I will never come back here. HORRIBLE
I am so happy Starbucks is here! This location was McDonalds and I never went here. Now this is the closest Starbuck's drive-thru location to us and we always stop here on our way out of town. It is super-convenient to order, pickup and go! We use our Starbucks app to pay at the window. The staff is always super friendly and ensures that our order is accurate. Their blueberry muffins and morning buns are my favorite.
I waited over an hour for my drinks. I ordered my drinks when they first opened Their was only one employee and the store manager and another employee came in (the employee that made the drinks) so I was their before they even got there. I waited while the other customers ordered In line after me got their drinks. I was being patient seeing their was only 3 people behind the counter after 15 minutes I noticed the customer after me all got their drinks and left I went up to the counter respectfully just asking when my drinks might me ready and he said he’s the only one making drinks and to be patient I responded okay and waited back in line because I needed to go back to work, and time was getting close so after another 20 minutes i asked the guy again that was making the drinks if he could toss my drink instead of making my PAID drink his tone got very aggressive towards me and he agreed to toss it instead of making it. I only received my coworkers drink that was made incorrectly :(. Very upset!! will not be returning nor will my team.
Starbucks next to the Food Court in the mall.From being a loyal customer of 5yrs, I did not need to be waiting on a tall sized drink I mobile ordered not far from the store I work at to Starbucks and wait 30min. for it on a 15min. break. The Customer Service has downfalled over the years and priority towards mobile orders and even in store orders are lacking in this location. I don’t recommend this location and would recommend the drive-thru nearby the mall or the Stonebridge location. No hate on Starbucks. Just this location is now lacking on staff and priority timing.
Walked in and had maybe 10 customers in front of me. Decided to order on the app instead. While waiting, I went to pick up food for my family. I come back almost 30 minutes later to find that only one of my drinks are ready. Which was okay, but then I stood there for almost another 15 minutes waiting for my second drink to come out. Both Frappuccinos. Watched them make about 10 other ones before my second one. Not sure why they didn’t go in order. But there was also a big order they had to make, and one of the baristas clearly said, “I don’t know why they ordered so much s**t.” If barista Dania is there, don’t bother ordering and inconveniencing her. Must be there just to receive a paycheck, cause she clearly hates her job. There was a customer there who’s drink wasn’t put on the pickup counter, but was finished. She asked 2 different baristas to hand it to her; one ignored her, and Dania said “Yeah, wait” very rudely and the customer got angry. Eventually she finally hands the drink over to the customer, and starts on my other drink. I watched her barely put any of the toppings on my drink, and it was also made incorrectly. Didn’t even bother telling her, I didn’t want to stand there for another 30 minutes while she b****ed about it.

Completely disorganized! Continue to take coffee orders but no one is making coffee. Baristas cherry pick orders to complete and leave orders partially completed. Avoid this place, mobile order at another location.
