This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First of all, the barista was so incredibly rude while we were ordering and he had the biggest attitude while we were asking if we had any Starbucks awards. Then, after ordering two double chocolatey chip Frappuccinos for our two kids, we instead got two drinks filled to the brim with whipped cream only and no chocolate? We asked them to remake the drinks and they instead make two Java chip Frappuccinos, which has too much caffeine in it for kids. They also never gave us the cookie we ordered despite paying for it. We ended up leaving without it since the whole experience was just awful. The whole place is extremely disorganized and majority of the baristas looked like they either had no idea what they were doing or they had a big attitude despite the fact that there was barely any people there. I’ve been to other Starbucks where it’s WAY busier and the baristas are able to handle it professionally and make the drinks perfectly as well. If you want a good breakfast experience, I would recommended to never go here.
Received a Father's day gift - coffee tumbler from daughter that I did not like. Since it was a gift I had no receipt and Starbucks does not give gift receipts or never mentioned then option to my 14 year old. Their stance was they require a receipt to exchange or give gift card credit for a brand new tumbler with sticker in their original bag . Obsurd. I buy a cup a day from this corporation. Thats it Starbucks no more . Keep your coffee and products as far as Im am concerned! Goodbye
I came in placed my order I requested extra shots so I noticed that the young lady Mia who was making my order was doing it incorrect I told her and she just became rude asking why and this that and the 3rd the customer service from her was terrible maybe she was having a bad day but you don’t take that out on customers may God bless her
This was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I know they’re understaffed so I didn’t mind waiting, but my friend waited almost 30 minutes for 2 iced coffees. When mine was wrong and I went to fix it, the staff completely ignored me for more than 10 minutes. When I finally got to speak to a staff member to purchase my cup and fix my drink, I said “I’d like to use my rewards to purchase this.” He charged me instead and then when I pointed it out he rudely told me “well you should’ve told me that then,” when I had very clearly stated it. It’s completely understandable to be slow because you’re understaffed, it’s never acceptable to be rude to clients who have been more than patient and considerate.
I come semi-frequently because I live nearby, but I'd like to get a refresher one day that actually tastes like one and not sugary water.

This Starbucks does not have a sit in option. It is purely drive through and the line can get pretty lengthy. If you pre-order you have to sit in the same line to collect your order. Customer service received fro the staff is great! Always friendly and helpful. Seasonal items are fun and all items are primarily fresh. I’ve treated my kids to cake pops and christmas cookies here. A family favorite are the refreshers :) if you want to dine-in this is not the location for you. Choose another location to enjoy seating and stay awhile. This location is purely drive and go.I am so happy Starbucks is here! This location was McDonalds and I never went here. Now this is the closest Starbuck's drive-thru location to us and we always stop here on our way out of town. It is super-convenient to order, pickup and go! We use our Starbucks app to pay at the window. The staff is always super friendly and ensures that our order is accurate. Their blueberry muffins and morning buns are my favorite.

I love the Nitro Cold Brew because it's creamy, frothy and has no ice. With the price of starbucks nitro I don't order it as often as I would like so when I do I'd like to receive what I ordered. Placed an order today for the vanilla sweet cream NITRO Cold Brew and got I don't no what. More like a vanilla coffee with ice, no NITRO to be found. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. Please be more careful when filling orders so customers get what they ask for.If your store doesn't serve NITRO then the APP should say that.
Worst place to go to, employees there are rude ad disrespectful. Would never go here again.
