The staff is friendly and make good drinks.
I just went in to get a drink. It said cash only, which was fine, because I had cash. There was absolutely no one in the drive thru or in the establishment. There were 8 employees having the time of their life. They refused to acknowledge me for several minutes. One guy walked passed and angrily said someone will be with you...Well there's 8 people standing there doing nothing...After that I waited another 5 minutes, no one would serve me. I just had major surgery and am on a cane. It takes a lot to walk in places and stand there, they didn't care. I spend a ton of money here, and come everyday sometimes more than once. I will NEVER give these people my money again. There is another Starbucks on my route.
I frequent Starbucks quite often. Unfortunately, this location has poorly trained Baristas. My comment is not based off a singular experience. Ive based it off of visiting mornings, afternoons and evenings.Update 05/31/22: Called customer service and shared my experience. I was refunded my beverage and was given a $15.00 credit. I suggest you do the same.
I love this Starbucks. They are always super fast and nice!
I pull up to Starbucks drive through. And got greeted by Alan. Ordered 4 drinks. When I drove to pay I realized I forgot my wallet. Tried Google pay it got declined. I informed Allan I will be back with payment since I live 2 min away. He said to me we close at 8 pm. The conversation happened a 7:54 pm. I was back at 8pm sharp. I was declined picking up my drinks because he shot down the windows. I told him other starbucks have grace period up to 10 minutes after close time. He said to me he tossed the drinks already. Disappointing customer service. The incident occurred 4/112022
First time I've been here. The staff is pretty rude. And purposefully so: Guy at the counter was rushing me through my order. And when one of the baristas at the pickup counter looked at me I greeted her, being polite, to which she made a point of ignoring me.The entire place is messy as well. So messy in fact, I couldn't find the sugar packets. Had to ask one of the guys for some packets. He handed them to me with no stirring sticks, so when I had to "interrupt" him again for the sticks, he had the nerve to audibly sigh as to passive aggressively tell me I'm wasting his time.I can understand if its rush hour and they're backed up, but there were only 2 customers waiting inside, including myself. I hate having to negatively review places, but my entire experience here was so sour, I feel I need to. I know working in the service industry sucks, but the staff here is unprofessional and negatively affects the Starbucks brand.2 stars because at least my latte tastes good. But honestly, I wouldn't come back.
They always make the best version of the Mocha Cookie Crumble compared to other branches! Very friendly staff!
Needs some work on pick up orders. Please have more impossible sandwiches in stock…staff is always great!!
The slowest drive thru ever even when it’s not busy, at first I thought it may have been a difficult customer but nope. When it was my turn to order I got a “can you hold on for a moment”. I waited for minutes This happens majority of the time. Also my drink came back wrong so not pleased with this location at all.
I already don't frequent this location as it is ran by a bunch of rude kids, but definitely won't be coming back until there is new staffing.I sent my friend to this location to grab us bagels and coffee.He specified that I had a dairy allergy and asked for no dairy in my sugar cookie almond milk latte as well as 4 extra pumps of the syrup that comes in it.The coffee was watered down and incorrect and it wasn't even the right drink so God only knows what they put in the coffee,Then the bagels were toasted for 30 seconds! not even crispy! and they didn't give us any butter or cream cheese either! So I went back with my friend to get my order corrected.The teenager in the drive thru proceeded to LIE to and ARGUE with my friend about how he asked my drink to be made and was rude and nasty throughout the whole exchange. I tried to hand her back the messed up order and she told me to "throw it out" As if that's my job.While we were waiting for our food,I could hear them giggling and playing around in the back.Then after she shoved my new order into my friend's face, she tried to rush us out the drive thru, but I wasn't done yet and needed to order one more thing.She huffed and puffed and took my order and proceeded to still have a tantrum/attitude whatever you wanna call
