I overall want to say that everytime I come here I get the most excellent services I have no complain what's so ever about this place. Considering I live up the street from here I never came but we decided to try with my family once and from then it has been my go too spot , the servers are amazing, food is good and quick, and overall everything is great ? ?
I gave Ruby Tuesday only 3 stars today. The food was really good but the service today was deplorable. I don't know if the young lady was new, poorly trained, or if she was disconnected. I had to ask for napkins, (twice). I never received a water or tea refill.Upon finishing my meal I asked for two take out trays. Approximately 7 minutes later she brings them out but did not bring a bag or take out containers for the salad dressing. Most times, I had to get her attention because she had serviced a nearby table. When leaving I asked the employees at the register for a take out bag and containers for the salad dressing. One young man seemed to be enthusiastic about providing containers and graciously asked if I needed anything else. He smiled and said you are welcome when I thanked him for assisting me.
I really enjoy their salad bar and jumbo shrimp. I use to order sirloin steak and lobster tails often. I miss that a LOT.
It's been a while since I've visited a Ruby Tuesdays and it's not what it used to be. The salad bar was sad, our entrees unappetizing, there was an odor permeating through the restaurant that smelled like dirty laundry. We figured it must be coming from the carpet. Our table was sticky. The kind of sticky that comes from build up, grease or otherwise. According to my husband, the men's bathroom was so sticky his shoes made noise as he walked. Maybe because it was a Thursday night?
In town on business and Had dinner on Thursday evening, incredible ambiance and great service! Enjoyed the food. The peace and quiet is the best part.
Good American food. With the same menu from 20 years ago. Salad bar looked fresh but didn't get to try. Next time though. Service was great as well
It is sad to see the loss of these restaurants the past few years because I thought each one had decent food and crews. Now we make the 20 mile drive to this location which has not disappointed us after a dozen visits! The BOGO email offers make it worth the drive as I know my craving for their ribs will be satisfied. The burgers also have been great, both coupled with crispy tater tots and sides of broccoli. Yum is the word! ? We only come for lunch, but have found their service attentive and the door greeting & seating within seconds to be the norm. One past incident of sorta cold tater tots was quickly rectified and with sincere apologies from the staff. We sit on the bar side and have found it to be clean, orderly and warmer. The salad bar usually looks OK even if we don't use it much. Soooo, guys, hang in there, strive for service excellence all day long. We do not want to lose you!! ? ?? ? ? ?
Still has really good meals/food. Love the salad bar. Don't like that they changed their $5 everyday drinks to specific days now.
Service was fast and the salad bar di not disappoint. I enjoyed my dinner Bourbon Salmon was cooked just as I requested. Great Job Ruby Tuesday.
Stopped in on 1/23/22. No one greets us for over 7 minutes all the while the bartender kept looking at us without finding someone. We finally get seated and no one came for over 17 minutes. Once again making eye contact with the bartender twice finally I think he told someone. The "host" was sitting down on her cell phone eating and then we heard her say she forgot to tell the waitress. Finally the waitress comes over and we could see she too was finishing what looked like a break and she walks over doesn't apologize for no one coming as a matter of fact she said nothing. At this point we already were standing up to leave so I politely said it's OK we're leaving and she walked away! Never going there again and can I also mention the place was not crowded at all.
