Everyone was incredibly friendly and working hard to keep things moving along throughout the restaurant. The waitress we got had agreed to take on more tables in her section to help with disgruntled guests complaining about lengthy wait times at the door.
Worst burger I have ever had. It was burnt as you see in the picture and the french fries were supposedly garlic fries and they were cold and stale and didn’t have hardly any garlic on them I asked for napkins because this was a takeout they didn’t have them in the bag. I got no catch-up or anything. I actually had to wait for the order to be Claude” cooked but everything was like half cold.
Average service. Our first table we was placed next to a very loud and uncontrollable child, our 2nd table had an ant infestation. My "box" pizza had no flavor. Imagine eating a pizza and the cheese has no flavor, the sauce taste like the 4 pack pizzas from the freezer section in the grocery store. My wife and kids didn't enjoy their meals because the Ants wanted to dine with us. I would look somewhere else.
Our server was amazing and the food was really good! We did go on a weekday afternoon so it wasn’t overwhelming busy. The server definitely had other tables though That being said I have been the only one in a restaurant before and not gotten this level of service. My daughter and I really enjoyed our meal! Thank you so much! We will be back!
Ordered takeout. Food was ready about 5 minutes before expected time which was good because I was early and hungry. Host/Takeout coordinator was pleasant and prompt. Food quality and temp was good. Join their rewards program to get good specials.

As usual loved the burger and fries! Tried the adult beverage Tito's Chill, it was alright but I wouldn't get the whipped creme next time!The grilled chicken salad was huge and tasty,!
I don’t know WHAT happened to the quality today but my delivery came with stale fries with not a lick of salt and the mushrooms in my sandwich were so soggy and devoid of flavor that water was freely dripping out of the sandwich. Put the sandwich in the oven AND towel dried it and it still had water in it. Basically paid $20 to have to try and cpr my order
The waitress was new so, I anticipated some patience. However the appetizer came out with main dishes. Two burgers were charred and we sent th back...Two minutes later same burgers...no refills...the food was bad..we go to this red Robin on a regular..possibly our last trip...two thumbs down
Not as many servers so the wait might be a bit long if you dine in but the food is quick to come out. Always a good experience divining in or getting takeout.Only put 4 stars to not look like a fake review.
