It used to be good, not worth the price anymore. My girlfriend and I used to frequent this location. Today we got really disappointed with our acai bowl. However, not sure about the rest of the menu.
The frozen yogurt is ok but not much of a selection. My fault for ordering dumplings from a frozen yogurt place. They were burned on one side, raw on the other. The ladies working were very nice but probably need more training.
I used to come here all the time 2 years ago and loved the açaí bowls. I went twice within the past year and was very disappointed. The bowls have significantly gotten smaller and the açaí is ice chunks and not blended at all. It was also more expensive for less, paid $12. Definitely will not be going back
I called red mango this afternoon to acquire if I could place a to go order even though they close at 8pm. Brittany kindly took my order and was very pleasant. When I arrived to pick out around 7:58 Kay Kay and her greeted me with smiles and helped me out. I haven’t had a good fresh açaí bowl here in VA yet. This hit the spot so much Saturday I had to come back again.
We received the wrong order. The grub hub driver said he verified with the staff that it was the right person and he was told yes. We received an order that belonged to a Jamie. We lost $55.00 and the wrong order that was brought to us, my son is allergic to strawberries so we just had to throw it away. It’s very disappointing. We were really looking forward to trying Red Mango for the first time.
Decided to give this place a try. Similar to tropical smoothie with more of a Caribbean vibe. The staff and owner are very friendly! Would highly recommend! I think I’ll be coming here since I haven’t been to tropical smoothie in a while (haven’t gone back since I found sliced pieces of plastic in their smoothies.) Make sure to try the buffalo chicken flatbread! Light but very tasty! Would like to see a line for people picking up edible arrangements separate from the people just coming in for food and beverage!
Great service! Got the peanut butter banana protein smoothie and it was delicious as usual. Lots of great options with frozen yogurt, non-dairy options, acai bowls, fresh juices and sandwiches/wraps.
Went for the first time yesterday just to try something new. The lady that helped me was so nice and helpful and she knew a lot about the menu. She even gave me a discount and a free drink for my mom. Had a very good experience and this will definitely be my go to spot!
Destiny is the BEST ! Customer service is top tier . She is always friendly and ready to answer my many questions . Will come back for the Acia and her service !
Mc took wonderful care of me this date. The staff are always very pleasant and suggest their favorite flavors and make suggestions which are always great recommendations. Because of the friendliness and dedicated service I make red mango trips at least 1 to 2 times every week. Highly recommend !
