it was a good experience last night, eating at the restaurant. I took my oldest daughter and my middle grandson, which is her son, we went there to eat we had a great meal, we had a fantastic waitress who was very good at her job checking up on us making sure if we needed anything. the experience was great.
Of all the years eating out and also eating at Red Lobster I must say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I were traveling home to Florida after being in a truck for hours we just wanted a good meal. We were seated and after 15 min of not a hello or a menu or a waitress I got up and asked if we could atleast get drinks and a waitress. The hostess brought us drinks and bread. Then another 20 min we finally got a waitress who took our order. Two ultimate feasts with salads. No salad 15 min later we walked out. Just no organization at all. Waitress and waiters all over the place like nobody had a section. NEVER AGAIN!

It's been awhile since the last visit to Red Lobster...like before the pandemic outbreak. Decided to visit today for dinner because it was before 5:00 pm and not that many diners in the restaurant. I could really see the effect the pandemic outbreak has made with many restaurants. They looked as though they were short staff and many employees were task with more than one position. The standard of the food was not up to par or it's been that long since dining in a restaurant environment. The service was still good but the taste of the food was too salty.
Celebratin of son's new job. Pleasantly surprised by breadth of menu selection. Time between appetizer and main meal seemed a little long but all meals were served and all five of us were happy with our selections. No masks!
Overall okay. The restaurant bathroom was dirty. We had to wait until tables were clean. Even when preparing to sit, we asked the hostess to sweep under the table because she wipe the contents on the table on the floor and left it. The food was okay. Not exciting to the taste or appearance. The waitress did a good job.
