Pros:- The food quality is high (for this type of restaurant). I always get hot and tasty meals from this location.- The restroom (Men’s room) was clean every time I’ve visited.- Bilingual staff. No issue communicating in English.- Friendly staff. Everyone smiles and does a great job with the service.- They have an App and it provides mobile orders; you’re less likely to wait for mobile orders.Cons:- Mobile pickup orders (when you order through the app) can cause delays during pickup; if you order during peak business hours.
I’m very impressed with all of the bad reviews this place have ??♀️??♀️??♀️ We had been coming here for a few years every Tuesday we are here. the food is always delicious, never had any problem and the staff is very friendly and kind they do know their job??????So for you out there come and try it yourself you won’t regret it
We got two salads with chicken and a steak burrito. My sister and I enjoyed our salads but my fiance said the steak in his burrito tasted off.... fast forward to last night, he's been up all night throwing up with diarrhea every 30 minutes to an hour. Awesome, food poisoning. Will NOT be returning.
I had an issue redeeming a reward with my online purchase through the app. Unfortunately the manger appeared callous and uninterested in my concerns. With the level of customer service that I received, I can’t with good conscience recommend this location to anyone else.
Food is horrible. Not seasoned at ALL. A complete waste of my money. I don't know if they decreased the quality for veterans day discounts but I hope that wasn't the case.
The bowl I ordered was overflowing with food, it ended up being two lunches :-) Very tasty, loved it!

This Qdoba restaurant is a good place for lunch. My family regularly comes here after church and it is seldom too busy. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. This restaurant is conveniently located on Prince William Parkway where there are many stores and Potomic mils, so this is a good place to stop when shopping. The food is so fairly healthy for a fast food restaurant and the prices are fairly decent for the quality of food you get.
We ordered the burrito meal deal and when i returned to hotel room there were only 2 burritos in the bag. The forgot the chips and salsa and 2 cookies so we got 2 burritos for $25. When we called the manager pretended there was a bad connection. I wasn’t driving back because you sit at the traffic lights for a half an hr in this town.
