After losing all our Potbelly locations in Canada, it was nice to experience after so many years. I tried the Cubano, the Wreck and the Steakhouse Beef. The Wreck for the win but all 3 were delicious.
Food was delicious and delivered warm and in a timely manner. Definitely will order fromAgain. The baked potato soup is amazing and just what I needed today.
The quality of the food and customer service has gone down. Their only concern is getting in and out as quickly as possible. In and of itself, that's not so bad, but it's obvious all they care about is getting to the next person. The young lady taking the sandwiches out of the toaster oven doesn't listen. That means I have to repeat myself 2 or 3 times. I made the mistake of requesting mushrooms on my sandwich, which resulted in her rolling her eyes because she had to walk 6 feet away to retrieve them. While my sandwich is still being made, my payment is requested. The cashier did not even know what my order was, but he wanted to ring me up so he could get to the next customer. Getting a customer out quickly is a good idea, but not at the expense of treating them with respect and dignity.As for the food, it is good, but very inconsistent. The soup I had 3 days ago was better than the same flavored soup that I had today. The quality of the sandwich was lacking as well. I need to find another nearby Potbelly and see of the service and food is any better. If not, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
Italian sandwich was great. Staff friendly. No wait. The only issue I had was that they were out of Dr pepper in the fountain machine. The staff offered me a choice of drinks instead but were unable to change it. Overall a great experience.
Very friendly staff and lines moved quickly even though it was long. The sandwiches are good but they do rush through and make mistakes during the order. They do correct it so was a positive experience, just wish they pay more attention when crafting your meal. Over all, I liked it alot and will be happy to return again. Order the shakes, great add on for these warmer days.
I ordered through Doordash and a portion of my order was left out. Doordash advised I needed to contact the store. I called 5 times and never once did anyone answer the phone. Very upset because I am at work, lunch break is over and they still have my money.
I used to go a lot to potbelly in D.C and used to enjoy it. I m not sure what’s the main problem here. Every time I go here I am disappointed no matter what I order.This time it was a original cheese sandwich with only a little onions and tomatoes and a bag of chips and they charged me $19! How? Potbelly usually is a great place to get a good sandwich and a piping hot soup. This time I was really disappointed. The sandwich was burnt and the avocado that was placed on the sandwich was not peeled all the way (Avo Turkey).The chicken pot pie soup which is always amazing, but not this time. It was so watered down that it looked uncooked. I paid almost $24 for food that was not satisfying. I could have went to McDonald’s if I wanted something ridiculous. I hope whoever they had cooking today, needs to be trained properly. I hope next time I order, the food will be better the next time around. Get it together Potbelly!
I paid for a PowerHouse Salad and I asked for avocado. I didnt look until I got home and the avocado in my salad was already brown. I was disappointed ?
Food was great, customer service was terrible. The two male cashiers seemed very annoyed and impatient when ringing up my order. It made me really uncomfortable and I will second guess coming to this location now. Manager seemed nice but please ensure that the employees receive proper customer service training.
