Went to the Popeyes at 14400 Jefferson Davis Highway, Woodbridge, VA 22191 and was severely disappointed by the results of the food. I ordered a 14 piece chicken tenders, with two large fries. Half the tenders were the size of a nugget and the large fries were half full. The attached photo is what the fries looked like upon opening the box. I spoke to the cashier and she responded poorly by stating she did it exactly to order. She is also the one who packed our food. There was zero attempt to even try and communicate with the customer. Please do better, Popeyes.

You guys literally have nothing at night. We came there at 10p for you guys to tell us that you only had spicy chicken sandwich and rice and beans. Cmon guys…. Do better. To add, you only accept cash???? ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️
If I could rate this a zero..I would. This was one of the best Popeye’s that I’ve visited. It now has never ending issues from management arguing with you regarding your order to long waits inside. The chicken is sometimes cooked in old oil or luke warm. I have issues with them trying to give me the smallest breasts ever. The drive thru has long lines and is often inconsistent with the requested order. I can’t forget that they’re ALWAYS out of a product. On two occasions I’ve contacted corporate regarding those issues.
Great service! Always gives us extra sauce even when not needed. Respect to the employees for having patience with a long line and being respectful.
Every single time I visit there, there’s only two employees working an already crowded restaurant. I’ve asked why that is only to be told that labor is too high and higher up management has cut down hours. Unbelievable for a company this big to be failing basic customer service because of short staff. Management and owners should be ashamed to operate a business like this in such a busy location.
On Tuesday, January 26th 2022, at about 12:51 PM, I placed an order at the drive through window for a two can dine with a code. I asked for two mac and cheese sides, for the two sides that are included, and a separate large red beans and rice. I get to the window and notice that a side is missing after I paid a total of $12.13. ————I inform the manager of a missing side, then she (Ruba, or Rupa, I believe she stated, wasn’t clear)————- goes on to tell me that I could not get another side because the mac and cheeses are not regular sides. I was not informed this until after I paid, and realized I was missing a side. I was charged $8.99 for the two can dine, $0.50 for one of my sides, which was the mac, and $1.95 for a large red beans and rice, apparently they made this one of my two sides, and had claimed to have given me an upgrade without communicating with me first. I asked for a large side any ways, but was missing my second regular side, so I did not benefit. The manager was rude, condescending, and non-accommodating, the last straw was her accusing me of wanting free food ( she is referring to a mac and cheese), which is insulting and embarrassing . Therefore I asked for a refund for my entire order. She threw away ALL of the food, instead of giving me my second side, a small mac & cheese, for their mistake of not communicating, and charging me incorrectly, she made a big deal just to throw all of the food away, what a shame. As someone who works in retail, and her being a manger (Rupa, Ruba), I am utterly disgusted with her behavior. Looking forward to having this rectified, thanks and best regards.
Worst popeys in virginia, saw mice running around in lobby, huge roaches crawling around the chicken and on the menu sign. chicken is decent. managment is immature and un trustworthy. employees are alright pretty kind. dont recommend coming here at all avoid, at all cost.
this popeyes is always on some scamming stuff. first it was you have to pay to use credit now its 50 cent per sauce im so done with them
This is probably the WORST popeyes I have ever been to! I wouldn't have minded waiting the 20+ minutes, had the order at least been correct and there not being 6 people working (even though two of them just stood behind the register having a conversation and laughing). The first bad sign was the cashier having 2 inch blue and green nails, with no gloves on, rubbing her face, yet handling peoples food - didn't see her handling food until went back in for meal fix, and she was putting food in someone elses box. Thats a big NO in food service! I ordered the 5 piece wing platter with two sides (only got one side since she rung it up as a combo with one side and not a platter with 2 - which I let go since I was only charged for the combo) and the 3-piece meal (with 2 breasts and a thigh, which she said was an upcharge and I said ok). The drinks (fruit punch and coke) were bad as well. The fruit punch was basically red colored water, and the coke was extremely flat. Then the order was incorrect, seeing as how all meals come with a biscuit, I don't understand how they forgot it in the 5-piece wings. Not only that, but I paid the upcharge for the two breats and thigh and they gave me a thigh breast and wing. Easy fix ... apparently not, went inside and let them know. Instead of just putting a breast in the box and taking out the wing (they coudl've just left the wing, but I know different companies require different things) - they threw away the breast, thigh and wing, and then gave me another two breasts and thigh. EXTRMELY WASTEFUL!!!! Ths was the WORST esperience I have ever had a popeyes, and will definately not be going back.
