Extremely poor service. People that ordered after me got their food before me. Meanwhile all I was waiting for was a chicken sandwhich, a breast and drumbstick, plantains and fries. 30 minutes had passed when a young man finally started working on my order except he'd work on one part of it and walk away, then instead of finishing my order he'd start working on other orders leaving mine to the side. I finally said something and the staff said ok and walked away and started working on other orders. When they finally gave me my food, part of it was wrong. Never going there again. Not how a true pollo camperooperates.
Ordered via DoorDash, arrived within 35mins.Chicken was overcooked, tough, and tasted like it was refried.French fries were too greasy resulting in chewy fries.Mashed potatoes were too spicy.Threw the entire order and my $35 in the trash.

I had a bad experience today. I placed an order using the app, schedule my meal to be ready by 3:00 p.m. I also ordered drive-thru pickup. When I got to the drive-thru, The woman inside told me that I had to pick my order up by coming inside. To myself I was like that's not what the app said, but I went on ahead and parked the car and came inside. I can tell that they were dealing with my order in the back because when I approached the counter the service member just showed me my ticket. At first I thought maybe she couldn't pronounce my name, but it turned out she really couldn't speak English that well. That's no problem, but I was a little worried of why they were talking over my order and not handing it to me. I opened the bag and saw that they were some items missing. But it wasn't until I got home that I took a look at the chicken nuggets, and saw that it was nothing but a grilled chicken breast cut into six pieces. So my order was completely wrong. I traveled a good ways to go there and I didn't want to come back out. So if you come to this place, make sure that you check your order completely before you leave out the door! I will not return to this location.

Not going to lie, the food has always been solid. I love that it is freshly made, and the employees that work here always take pride in their work. Only issue I have had in recent visits is the lack of napkins as well as the fact that the fried plantains are always cold. Aside from that, I love coming here!
A best keep secret in Woodbridge VA. My go to snack is the chicken nuggets and empanadas. Lol
