Super rich and flavorful broth, but there was a lack of sliced white onion and some of the meats were overdone and tough. I ordered a bowl that was supposed to include tendon, but I did not receive any tendon in my soup. During my previous experience, their tendon was perfectly soft and melted in my mouth. It was a disappointment not to experience that again. I also ordered a fresh squeezed lemonade, which was phenomenal, but tasted like a mix of both lemon and lime. Overall, a wonderfully calm and quiet environment to enjoy a bowl of soup.
Large bowl is very small, yet $13.95 price and the well done brisket was to tough and full of gristle to chew. And they actually only served three super thin sliced jalapeños, not nearly enough for Pho soup. The broth was flavorful, but the super tough meat was a deal breaker as it made it uneditable in my book. They make you pay tip before service since you pay before you eat, wishing I had not added a tip. but here is my tip, go somewhere better.
Super delicious pho. Great broth and eye round steak slices. Their mango smoothie is amazing. They are pretty quick with serving the food. A tad expensive, but well worth it. Good atmosphere as well. Now my favorite pho restaurant.
We visited this place this weekend. Oh my goodness…. The food, service and attention to detail can’t be matched! One of things we couldn’t get over, was the impeccable shine and cleanliness of the silverware!!! Each piece was so clean and looked like it had been polished. There’s just something extra nice about seeing that they care enough about their customers to serve them the very best. When you see attention to detail like that…you know it carry’s over into the kitchen as well. The friendliness of the staff was so refreshing. If we are ever back in Pensacola…we will definitely be back! Thank you for such an awesome experience!
Always love me some Golden Palace. Pho, Bahn Mi and Boba are all delicious! Staff is super friendly and service is always fast.
My mom and I ate dinner here on a chilly night last week. Glad we saw it, food was delicious and priced right. We both got the Pho, portions were huge. Even the small bowl was enough for me. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. They're doing something right here. Highly recommend.
