I really like the NEW YORKER PIZZA as it has large slices of pepperoni pizza
The manager is rude and mean. She argued with me over garlic sauce, although I am a regular customer. I will never buy pizza from this store.
Great food fast service nice staff
Ordered almost $90 worth of food last night of which was a large meatball pepperoni pizza, got home with the order and opened the box to find a plain cheese pizza. When we called the store to see about rectifying the order we were told they were aware of the mix up bc when they keyed in the order the “meatball pizza” button (is that a thing?) would not key in. But instead of idk talking to the kitchen to tell them the REAL order or telling us it wont key in and asking if there was anything else we would like they just decided on their own that a plain cheese pizza would suffice! They then said we were welcome to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get our real and correct order instead of offering to have it delivered (in which I did ask if they could just deliver it due to the inconvenience at which they were at fault for) and they said no bc our original order was not delivery, great job making up for such inconvenience. Then they said they would put in a credit for a free large meatball pepperoni pizza on out next order and took our name number and email stating they would send verification and yet here it is the next day and still no verification of said credit. Over all bad experience. Will not be ordering from again.
I don’t know what their concept of ‘handling a pizza’ is, but when mine arrived half of the top layer was piled up on one side of the pizza. Of the 6 slices(they didn’t cut it properly,) only 2 of them were decent enough to eat. Waste of money, and a pizza.
Worst experience ever. They have special they charged me extra money. They thought I'm not going know about it. When I called the management was super bad. She lied to me for no reason. I ask her why you made something up she had no answer for me.
This Papajohns got my order for two papadilas right. No onions please.
Worst service ever. They don’t every try to find a solution to a very fixable problem.
