In the past year I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt.. First there was a long curly hair in my salad. Then my rapid pick up order was stolen within minutes of me getting there. Next my order had specific simple instructions that were clearly ignored. Lastly order stolen again!!! I completely understand it is of no fault that the stolen food from the shelf is not completely their fault however, it should be monitered more closely. Waiting 35 more minutes to repeat an order that originally only took 8 minutes is ridiculous!!! I won't give this location another try unless they fix all these issues!! I tried!Update: called and spoke with "Tonie" a "manger" who wanted to argue the length of time my daughter waited all the while I was on the phone. Once we looked in the bag there was no whole Frontera which we ordered, there was no cream cheese which we ordered 4 different ones. Requested extra mayo on the turkey blt as pictured I must be blind! And this must be the only panera where BLT doesnt include the bacon.There was mac and cheese which we didn't order! Thanks for my refund for this horribly wrong order. Won't return and don't recommend.
For the most part staff was friendly. However the “gentleman” I use that term loosely - that was prepping food for pick up should NOT be in the customer service industry. If you are going to make a comment about a customer don’t do it in front of the customer. Will not be going back. He has no business dealing with customers. The woman who actually bagged my food was very nice. It just takes one obnoxious employee to ruin it for all the others.
I was in the lobby of this establishment and saw something truly disturbing! The grown middle aged manager (from what I heard I think her name was Andrea) was screaming at one of her teenage workers for using his work discount on his friend. Obviously this can be an issue but she was disrupting customers with her shrieking and it was extremely upsetting to hear. It is shocking that a grown woman would behave so unprofessionally and cruelly instead of handling it like an adult. The poor kid was clearly apologetic as well, so it was probably just a misunderstanding on his part.
The past few times have not been good at all. Ordering at the register ended up being a wait for over an hour. Ordering online, because of the last experience, ended up causing food to be missing and the soup to be poorly made. I guess it’s time to start going to the new one that just opened near Target. This place has, unfortunately, gone downhill over the past few years. I really used to like coming to this Panera often.
Unfortunately, I’m stuck with the worst Panera in the area. Their service is slow and the coffee is horrible. It’s like a black sludge at times and cold in the afternoons. I pay for the monthly subscription and rarely use it because of this place… only use it if I drive by another Panera. I hope somebody in upper management is reading this and makes that Panera take basic coffee making classes.
Came in at 8pm and was greeted by Elijah, I asked him specifically what I didn’t want on the chipotle chicken melt. And he even mentioned the bread was spicy which I can’t have. Great customer service from him and friendly staff. Will come back again.
Really good rice soup but j want a huge fan Of the bread bowl , I loved the Baggett though
Updated 12/9/2021: once again my order didn't arrive according to description. See picture showing what looks like pickled onions which were missed while scraping them off; furthermore, I didn't taste the horseradish sauce because it was likely with the onions that were scraped off. The good news is I spoke with the manager and she was polite and extremely embarrassed by her workers product. I have upgraded to 2 stars based on the professionalism of the manager. I will be giving Panera another chance tonight to increase it to 3 Stars.Previous Review: 1 Star_I have ordered X-meat every time I order from this place via delivery. I thought: one time was a fluke; two times, I am unlucky; three times, I am really unlucky; four times, it's systemic: finally, five times, I am an idiot for ordering X-meat expecting something resembling extra-meat. This place is pathetic, they fire the order out the door knowing, who's going to bring it back and complain? Furthermore, this issue is spreading to Paneras all over the east coast. Order from your local sandwich shop and stop giving this cooperation money for an inferior product.
They will throw decomposing greens in your salad and shrug their shoulders. Thanks guys. The only meal I've had today.
Amazing customer service by Toni. She is friendly and professional. I had a very bad experience with delivery but she took care of my order and took ownership of the situation. Well done
