Every time I order at this location nothing is right. In todays incident I ordered a iced latte on the mobile app got a text stating the food and drink is ready get inside and they are still making my order, so I waited only to be told the machine is cleaning and they can’t make my drink and the manager was unsure how long it would take ! Shouldn’t the machines be cleaned before the morning rush or prior to opening. I was offered a smoothie which I didn’t want and asked for a refund which after the manager offered me another drink I finally got my money back. As I waited for my order I watched multiple customers grab there own food from counter and complain about the location how slow they are and how they never have anything in stock. Almost as bad as McDonald’s ice cream machine never working. Please visit another Panera location you would be disappointed ordering from here !
Delicious sandwiches and salads. Very fresh! Manager was scrutinizing every order that was put together to make sure it was correct.
We placed three separate orders online and this is the second time and it will be last. I ordered a tuna sandwich and chips. The tuna was maybe a tablespoon of tuna. It looked like it was just thrown on the bread, lettuce was mixed with the tuna, about 5 tomatoes and I found a pickle on the other side of the wrapper after I finished eating. Needless to say, I had a bite and threw it in the trash $10 waisted. Tuna has a good flavor but the presentation it was unappetizing.
Nice and clean. I placed an order and waited for the buzzer to sound to pick it up from the window. No one greeted me, thanked me for my order and as I arrived to the window to get the orders I placed, one staff stood with her back turned and pointed backwards towards the window. The server at the window pushed the tray towards me all without a word. We dined in, the trays had one napkin. All in all the food was great. The staff could benefit from a training in customer service. I would return.
Ok I don’t normally give five stars to a Panera but it was bright clean and my food was very good. It was more like 4.3 however did a pick two and the salad was terrific. I enjoyed the Napa chicken salad half sandwich however I’ve had it taste better here before. Still good though. Love the aqua fresca n lemonade. Cookie for 99 cents more I’m in!
Great panera, they always get my order correct.Parking lot on the side near the main road is too small and always a pain to go through or park when the drive-thru asks you to wait for an order.Also sad the franchise is discontinuing their hibiscus tea.
I love this location, always quick and efficient. Staff is nice. My only downside is I love the cranberry orange muffins but it's the only location that doesn't put many cranberries in the muffin so I feel like I'm eating a regular muffin sometimes. Outside of that I'm still a frequent customer.

Love ordering ahead then grabbing my bag to go. Food preparers always do an excellent job with my meals especially considering how crazy busy they always are. Food is great. I love all the choices and appreciate the customizations too.
The place is nice BUT:- People working there are not friendly.- Workers don't respect their customers and they not respect the place.- When they refill Iced tea for exemple they bring a container without wearing gloves, last time the ice tea was going throw their hands to the machine!Last thing, hand sanitizer at the door is always empty and the first screen to orders is always not working.
