Fire the management if you own this franchise or you will be on the path to failure. God help the health inspector as well. Your food just sits out and doesn’t come out fresh. Service is just always so moody and wants to go home 24/7. But seriously reevaluate your cooking standards because that food is garbage now. Taste like some one star failing Chinese restaurant in the hood. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PANDA
The staff at this location are amazing! I love coming here and seeing the employees who work really hard to accommodate guests. Gladis in particular is awesome! The food is good quality and is always hot. My one issue is that they prioritize online orders over customers who are waiting in line.
The food wasn't decent. It tasted like left overs. I was charged for a extra pork egg rolls when they should have charged me for veggie egg rolls. The prep staff throw my food around as if it weren't important. Not going back. Not a up to par with even a McDonald's.
I just wanted to say that everyone at Panda Express today at around noon did an amazing job. Although they were incredibly busy everyone showed great customer service and I was very happy with my meal!
Ordered a family meal on Saturday which includes three large entrees and two large sides. I chose 2 Teriyaki Chicken and 1 Orange Chicken. I was sent two containers of plain cooked chicken along with the Orange chicken for entrees. No sauce was provided for the "Teriyaki " chicken. This was a delivery order so I called to inform them. The lady on the phone apologized and said "I told them to put the sauce in the box" and I said well there was only soy sauce packets in the box, so what am I supposed to do? She just apologized again and hung up. I went on the website and contacted customer care. I received an email from them offering me "two free small entree coupons" which I felt was pretty insulting. From the website a small entree cost $4.60 a piece vs the $10.60 a piece for a large entrée, for which I was out 2 of. So I was offered less than half the value of the items that were not prepared correctly. I've disputed with my bank now since this was their best resolution. A real shame the store couldn't even attempt to fix themselves. Will not be back. Over $40 wasted since I had to arrange other dinner plans.
We have only done delivery from here, my son loves the chowmein. I wish they had halal chicken since u only eat halal.
Very long lines because they are busy taking online orders rather than help customers in store. I don’t know who is managing this joint but I guess Corporate doesn’t give a ****. It’s the only Panda in. 30 mile radius . There is one lady that works there I try to avoid at all cost
This is the worst restaurant to pick up door dash orders. They take care of customers that’s inside first instead of having door dash orders ready so unprofessional. It should not take 30mins for a door dash order now it’s late.
The food is good but the staff is horrible and management is horrible. They worry more about online orders than the customers inside the store. Every time I come here the line is very long basically out the door. The staff don’t seem to care if their customers are out in the cold. They really need to learn how to manage. Customers inside the store should be taken care of before online order people. They really should get rid of the online ordering and have it the way it was before Covid hit. No matter what the customers inside the store is important. Customer service should always be #1. This store should get better staff or hire more people. Should really have a system like Chick-fil-A, their lines may be long but they know how to manage and they always satisfy their customers and they have 6 people getting orders making sure everything is perfect
The food is good but the customer service is to shame. The young lady that 1st started helping me was very delightful and helping. The lady threat took over making my order and rang me up definitely makes me think twice abou t going back
