I ordered through UberEats. The delivery service was great. The steak dinner.....that I paid nearly $71.18 for was awful. I'm VERY particular about my steak and knew the moment I cut into it, it was NOT medium rare. An overcooked dry turkey has more tenderness than this. I'm very upset...had I eaten in-restaurant I would've requested to see the manager. This is hands down the most awful steak I've ever had delivered to me without recourse.
4/09/2022Savannah was great! Super helpful, friendly and prompt. We were even fortunate enough to spend some time talking to her about her recent move from Michigan! The food was outstanding, perfectly prepared, warm and delicious. Would definitely recommend this location and particularly Savannah to anyone else looking for a place to dine!
Daniel, our server was so nice. He took the time to make conversation with my son and even remembered his name at the end of our meal. That is true customer service. Had a great meal even though we were rushed to make our movie. Thanks Daniel!
Quality of food deteriorated. Mushy veggies. Tough steak. Won’t go back. So disappointed
0 stars! Bad service first of all Oscar was paying more attention to the customers seating at the bar and didn’t really care about me being there, he kind of ignored me for most of the time. Even though the restaurant was empty my food took forever to arrive if I didn’t asked him to check on my food he probably wouldn’t have brought to my table. Once the food arrived the rice was soggy, the pork chops were dry and the mashed potatoes were cold as ice!! the only reason why I left a tip is because I didn’t want to feel bad with myself! I would’ve leave a bigger tip if the service would’ve been better I used to be a server so I always leave good tips wherever I eat. Horrible experience horrible service I won’t come back.
Stopped by for a date night with my husband. The food was amazing and the service was great! Ask for Cortez his customer service skills are great and he’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have taken pictures but I ate the food too fast lol ? My husband ordered the fried chicken sandwich and he said it was super juicy and the flavor was on point. I ordered the 12 oz prime rib and it melted in my mouth it was so delicious.
Waiter was wonderful. Food great! Party attended after a noon funeral end of lunch before dinner and group of 10 had lunch and dinner. Spoke to the manager and let her know that the service was excellent.
