Server Israel was excellent, even staying beyond his shift ( as it was a celebration get together for my daughter graduating), he was very attentive, giving my daughter a special dessert. We had two separate bills and I tipped him 1/3 of my bill and I'm sure my cousin did the same ( he deserved so much more).?The food was fresh and hot, my only complaint was regarding the bread sticks, always loved them but this time they were salty beyond the normal salted butter taste, it really tasted like someone sprinkled salt on the bread ( when kids notice the salt taste it's a lot), you must a restaurant remember that a lot of people have hypertension so minimal of any and if people want to add their own troubles let them.
Even though we were told 15 min wait, we were seated fairly quick. Ordered Mozzarella sticks for my daughter who absolutely loved them. Had the sirloin steak and was very delicious. My husband ordered the tour of Italy and was absolutely amazing as I also had to have some for myself. Ordered the cake brownie since it was my daughter's birthday and she loved it so much. Thumbs up from me.
Travellers, this is a solid Olive Garden with all the standard fare. Soups were good, all of them are tasty. The fettuccine is a favorite and was good with the chicken. The salad was as expected ax well. Desserts were delicious and worth the wait. Service was with a smile but a bit slow. It is good travelling food. Check it out. We recommend.
I really like OG BUT there menu has simplified to the point that it wasn't fun. My favorite dish was Steak Gorganzola Alfredo and they took it off the menu with no adequate replacement.The Italian Margarita was very yummy. The rum punch was more syrup than anything and didn't pack any punch.The service was standard. No issues there.The eggplant parm and chicken marsala we had was pretty good as well.The kids Mac and Cheese is a no...by that I mean...just bc it's for kids doesn't nean it has to be bland.BUT it is Olive Garden and delivered on the soup, salad and breadsticks.Although it's important to note that they don't have the add on soup and salad anymore. They only have it as an entree... That's just not right!I'll go back again for lunch or dinner in the next couple of years but without variety in their choices...it won't be frequent.
We love the atmosphere at this Olive Garden and the waiter staff was very courteous, amaeable, and offered good recommendations. We enjoyed the appetizers and the mains were fresh and served hot. Generous portions so we had some to enjoy later with a takeout box. Thank you1
Horrible experience?Long story but if you are Spanish or other race pay attention at the host ladies there, they rude , discriminatory and stupid for judge little kids and families, we pass a really bad moment on sunday feb 20th 2022 around 1: 30 pm , but I addressed my complain to the manager( Megan )whom did nothing about it and mot even an apologize for those ladies disrespectful behavior , We're never will be back to this restaurant.
I went there abs had a blast with my friend for dinner. The food tasted great and the service was awesome. Our server mikala was awesome to the last. She was polite and we never had to look for her when we had one question or request
My family loved the food and atmosphere tide all up together with excellent service from Mikala our waiter.
Very good service very good food very clean restaurant at this location of all of garden this is one of our favorite locations to go to we like Olive Garden very much we go to different ones throughout the areas and this one we do highly recommend the the manager that was there I kept going around and check in on the customers like a manager should he made sure everybody was doing very well and had what they want and all the servers We're very professional our server was very professional and outstanding service we do recommend this location highly
The hostess was particularly pleasant. Service and food was all great! We typically stay away from big chain restaurants and look for local businesses only but we decided to stop here on our way back to Newport News. We were very satisfied with our experience. Very refreshing to receive such friendly service. Thank you!
