I have been a patron here for a while now. Usually my experiences were very pleasing but my resent visit, my experience wasn’t good. The employees were all nice and respectful. But the manager Irene, I found her to be incredibly rude. It ruined my experience completely. I hope the next time I return she won’t be there. Please do better.
Went in ordered Togo and they did not even follow what we asked for. I asked for plain chicken bones less and got hot. French fries Imgur so salty we threw them out you seriously could not eat them. People need to read and verify what’s being put into bags. I will not be back. We came a lot but not anymore.
. THIS CHICKEN.. IT IS BEYOND AMAZING. I live in Stafford and I really think they need to build one down here in the Embry mills neighborhood..
Honestly was just in the mood to get something decent to eat after a workout at a nearby gym. Came in not expecting much, and wow I was super impressed. The wings were cooked perfectly; ordered the Xtra hot and it was delicious! The chicken sandwich was an absolute home run as well.Side note too (not pictured) I went in a second time to try out the chicken livers and they were fantastic ! Liver is easy to mess up when cooking, and the cooks here absolutely nailed it. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this spot !
We went with our family friends over there. We ordered fried cauliflower,fries, coleslaw,chicken liver,whole chicken, quarter leg piece, whole leg and garlic bread! Everything was delicious but the hot level wasn't the same what we expected. Customer service was good
Been ordering from and going to this location for a few years now, and overall, I'd say they do a great job. There have been a few short periods where the attention to detail was a bit lacking when we ordered delivery a few times, but that was mid-Pandemic. The food is always delicious! And when I go in, the service has always been good!
First time at one of these. The food was excellent and came out quickly. The staff was friendly. I just didn’t care for the online ordering from the table.. wonder if this is left over Covid policy?
We were not welcomed!We arrived 9pm on a super bowl Sunday.The young man took us to the furthest part of the dinning room. Our choice was one round table or none. This so the dining room could be clean. One hour before closing!NO ONE was happy to see us.They all wanted to go home.Except for some smiles from our waitress everyone else spoke to us with an attitude and no one was happy to see us.Change your hours, get another job... do something. This is restaurant business, people go where they're appreciated. I'm not coming back any time soon!
I love Nando. I have it at least 2 times a week. But I wish they cook the chicken legs better. It is always bloody. With no phone order, there is no way to ask your chicken to be well done. Many times I have to cook it again myself. When asked, I am told that’s the way it is. That’s not very safe. Please make an effort.
Always good! We drive over 2 hrs to get the family meals & they never disappoint. I never order mashed potatoes at restaurants but theirs are fire!
