Only one person was nice to us, the rest of the staff not friendly at all.Ordered 5 pizzas some are over cooked, some are undercooked, one of my pizzas was supposed to have BBQ sauce on top they put way too much BBQ sauce.When this location first opened it was really good, now I am not sure if I am coming back anytime soon.
You’re greeted as soon as you enter the door. The staff enjoy their job and it shows. Everyone is smiling and talking. Everyone is having fun. This is a warm cozy place that has awesome pizza. To be honest though, even if the pizza was trash, the customer service experience would make up for it. We will be coming back. It’s reasonably priced and the food is served quick.
Worst pizza ever, ordered online and came home and found this, even my 10 yrs old said ewwww, even a 5 year old will be able to spread tge cheese evenly better than this, employees should at least care about how the pizza will look, we paid $12 for this , mod pizza you must be kidding me
I had never been here before and didn't know the concept, but after my first time, I will definitely be back. It's like Chipotle for pizza! Genius! But you can also order the pizzas they have on the menu if you don't want to build your own. The Caspian pizza (BBQ chicken) was really delicious. My husband also loved the Calexico, it was nice and spicy. I loved the thin crispy crust and it didn't take very long to cook. The blackberry lemonade was perfect for the hot weather today.
First time here and must say we will definitely be back! Stephanie was amazing. Super bubbly and helpful! We felt very welcomed! And best of all, THE PIZZA TASTES DELICIOUS!!! Yummmmm!
This was our second time coming here. The people behind the counter were very patient with us. The pizza was awesome
Ordered the Tristan pizza through door dash. It was missing the Asiago and pesto and very burnt. I’ll let the picture speak for itself lol. Why would anyone think this is okay to serve?? Safe to say I’m never eating from here again.
Mode Pizza please return to what you were before. Everything is either under or mostly overcooked/burned nowadays.
Ordered a salad and gotten wilted, rotten mixed greens. Tried to contact store, but phone just rang and rang. Need better quality control and customer service at store level.
I am a big time MOD fan and have been for years. This particular visit was aweful! The pizza looked terrible and it was NOT prepared the way I ordered it. It looked like it was thrown in the pizza oven way to hard which caused the toppings to shift to one side. I hear it's hard to find good employees.
