My husband and I are from PA and were visiting the area for the weekend. Decided to try a different place for dinner and we're so glad we found your place. Fantastic atmosphere, great food and super service. Got goosebumps realizing what the mission is and would proudly support it time and again.
My husband and I had lunch here on the hottest day of the season.we were certainly coo) and full after being treated to some great BBQ and peach cobbler.will go again and again.
Amazing, the food has a lot of flavor.The favorite food that I recommend is the brisket meat sampler with a side of mashed potatoes.
Great barbique, had macaroni and cheese and the best bacon green beans... wish I knew the difference in the NC option for the sandwich but not their fault..
4.5 stars please. Mission is one of my favorite BBQ Restaurants. I love the respect paid to our Military, Firefighters and Police. Generally I get a two meat sampler with a couple sides, brisket and the classic sausage, as always it’s an enjoyable meal. Plenty of BBQ sauce choices if you feel the need. I like the KC one the best.
Went to Mission BBQ for the first time. Cashier were very nice. It smelled like that old fashioned BBQ that everybody loves but it was SALTY!!!! Mac and cheese Salty...collard greens...salty brisket.,..salty. You couldn't taste the food!!! Favor does Not equal salt .. disappointed!!!
First time here and it was amazing!! Definitely a MUST if you want great tasting bbq. Customer service was phenomenal as well. The cashier (Shyann) did not hesitate to break down the menu for me when she asked if it was my first time here and was super friendly!
The food was AWESOME. Love the military theme and the seating layout. Definitely at spot to stop at next te we're in town
I'm giving them 5 starts for their mission and their service. The brisket was decent but not great. The jalapeño cheese sausage was extremely dry and over cooked. The cheesy potatoes and coleslaw were good. I'd still support any business who has the mission they have! They do great things for veterans, police, first responders, firefighters, and others who serve our communities.
My first time at this establishment wanted to try their ribs. Texture was fall off the bone madness in a good way , but overall taste to salty as if the brined ribs in seasoning salt . Sides dishes Kickin Greens was just that delicious and had to substitute cheesy potatoes because claimed to had ran out of Mac and cheese . Which I’m glade the potatoes were delicious as well.
