Sad slow food ,no one has been properly trained to move fast.
worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. they were yelling at me at the speaker, then when i went to pay the cashier didn’t even bother to look at me, then when i went to pick up the food, the lady was shoving the food at me while i had me hands full. like give me a dämn minute!
Drive-thru crowded but line moved super fast. Order was correct and hot!
They always have the same issue. Mocha machine is not working..it was ok for some and now again it’s broken!! That’s unusual!!! When ever they gets busy machine always broke down. They said that before!!
Never had bad experience like here in McDonald's. We was planning to dine in and eat with my family, came insight and lady was taking the order never greet not even smile. Whole time she was very serious.We order happy meal for our daughter and she always get sweet and sour sauce. When I asked for three sauce, couple of employees was there and started asking me did I buy chicken nugget. I said no, they said the sauce is only for chicken nugget and she left. I was waiting, I thought she will bring from insight. While waiting she came back and said I told you, sauce only for ... the way she replied seems like very rude.McDonalds is like a govt organization. English as a second language is not do you put taking orders. A McGriddle is not magically an Egg McMuffin because you don't understand the simple words I am saying.
This location always give you fresh food I give it a 4 star cause the drive thru situation just crowded it's like a accident ready to happen when that McDonald's get busy
By definition “fast” is supposed to be faster than a traditional fine in. This McDonald’s notoriously takes 10-15 minutes to take drive thru order. Better than half the order given is either wrong or missing items to which you have go in and get it correct.
I gave one star less because the restroom was closed when I wanted use it.
The lady that works at night told me to wait 4 times and made me wait for 20 min when nobody else was in front of me. And and she didn't even take my order?
