Manager didn't know their store number for location to file a complaint on manager lack of hospitality
Always been a pleasure ordering a this location but today went over the lobby they made me way forever to take my order plus I notice bad attitude if you can fix that would be good for your business.
One of my worst experience with this branch, the sign and google maps on their website says the dining area closed at 11 pm, we arrived at 10, door locked, i tapped on glass to speak with someone and explained, the manager watched me, and she completely ignored me, i was with my 2 kids, on dec 16, one of my daughter and she in love with happy meal shocked when she saw that and she decided and told me that’s very mean to ignore a customer!! Imagine a 6 years old can think about taking care of customer better than a manager. Its not all about quality of food only, its about behaviors too.
Just made an online order to pick up on the drive through. The person taking the orders basically said he didn’t receive the order and we have to pay again if we want to make it. Asked to talk to the manager because they already charged me, but it looks like there is no manager. Nobody gave me any solution. This McDonald’s is like a joke. Sometimes you go in the afternoons for a coffee and they say ‘’the coffee machine is not working”. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered a kids meal and the chicken nugget box had some weird sauce. Im verry disappointed will not be returning
Lots of traffic due to construction site next door. The stupid way you have to drive around twice causes more congestion and lots of near misses. As I was exiting this morning a big pickup truck took his half out of the middle and almost hit me. Luckily I drive slowly and cut to the right to avoid him. Whoever designed that store had his or her head up their caboose. Coffee and egg McMuffin was good.
Fantastic! Line was short. Ordering was fast. Payment was quick. And my special order was ready at the window!! I will definitely return to this McDonald's!! ??
Three customers in a row complained frys were gross. Then the guy made me fresh frys. Gave them to me. I saw him mix the fresh with the old after handing me mine and send them out the window. I approached the white shirt manager n she lied to me saying no he didn't we are throwing those away. She proceeded to throw away the ones mixed with bad n old. Plus I had a missing fry and they were so confused. Poor guy next to me got bad fries n wrong sandwich.

In and out quickly. Used the McDonald's app to order and pay for my order without going thru the drive thru. My order is brought to my car so I skip the line. App also keeps recent orders so it's easy to reorder favorites and further save time.
