Id leave zero if I could.Drove by and placed an order. Asked for a large quarter pounder meal with a sprite and a medium spicy crispy chicken meal with sprite, and a large strawberry banana smoothie. We're handed two medium sprites first. My husband said we ordered one large, so she hands us a new large and the food in a bag. We're in a rush to get to the airport so we drive off and lo and behold..The fries are soggy and have no salt, the spicy crispy sandwich is just a plain crispy sandwich, and the 2 medium drinks are.. wait for it.. drum roll.. Iced water!Ps. This isn't the first time this branch messed up, heck I don't think they've got my order right even one time! But I always shrugged it off and said hey they must be struggling or short staffed. I want to be understanding, but this is just a joke. To NEVER be able to get an order right. Once I had a coupon for an ice coffee and its "eligible items" list there were a bunch of other ice and flavor coffee options. The woman simply refused to give me what I wanted or any thing except an iced coffee or hot brew. I even told her I'd show her the list of eligible drinks but she just said no.Why McDonalds at Jefferson? Can you not hire even slightly capable people? Why are you taking peoples money, and not giving them what they pay for? Why are you spiraling downwards so rapidly? You should be ashamed. Do better.
This place sucks. And close the store.They don’t want to work. Especially overnight.They cop attitudes. Service was not good. I ordered a large iced coffee, my daughter ordered a large drink they handed her a small drink she told them she ordered large. We were asked to park they would bring it to her. We waited to be give another small. When asked why her cup was smaller they could not give reason.Will never go to this location again
They somehow keep messing up my orders, first my iced coffee that they said they didn’t get the order I showed them my receipt and they still didn’t want to give me my coffee never got the refund either. Then today they kept one of my 10 piece from my 20 (they probably eating it) and I was the first lunch order. That’s why they still make minimum wage they can’t do anything right. Surprised I even got my sauces.
Brought my son here, esp for the play place. It’s very spacious and play area is clean. But the tables were not clean, we had to sit on a table with all the trash from a previous customer.
Bad service, cold food. Staff needs better training... Asked to speak with the owner to express my concerns and was brushed off.....
Nasty disgusting poor customer service. Twice they force an Ice Coffee but charge me for an Ice caramel macchiato. Looks nasty and ice even melting already not fresh at all. I asked for lite ice and they added more ice to it cant even put straw inside. And get mad because I want a new one and im watching the whole how they were pouring Ice coffee into it. Nah yall can keep that I dont even want my refund. Not coming back ever.
It’s usually normal McDonald’s service. But one time they gave me a slice of a yam ? instead of nuggets?
Good McDonald's.. Pretty clean and food is hot. Service can be a little slow but for the quality the wait isn't bad.
I ordered food thru the app and they made me wait 20minutes+. I had to get out of my car and go inside talk to the manager. He gave me the order that was already cold.Would not recommend. Worst curbside pickup experience at mcdonalds ever.
