My family went to use the bathroom while waiting for our order. A small female staff member was standing at the entrance to the bathrooms. When my son, 11 years old, (who happens to have long hair but was otherwise dressed like a boy) went to enter the men's room this women started yelling at him and telling him no. She kept pointing to the girls room and telling him to go in. I cam over to see what the fuss is as his sister had already tried to explain amd the lady would not listen. I finally yelled at her, stood between her and my son and told him to go use the proper bathroom.When he was in the restroom another staff member came over to see what had happened and I explained the situation. This male staff member said nothing to me (I was honestly expecting and apology) and went to talk to the women, I assume to hear her side of the story. He asked her to step away from the entrance to the bathrooms and she refused, moving further inside. Then a manager came over and spent some time convincing this women to move. She ended up moving to the other side of the restaurant and staring at us intently the entire time we were in the building. No one else said a word to us or acknowledged what had happened.I believe this women may have had special needs or a mental illness. I did not feel comfortable being around her and my son was absolutely devastated by the entire thing. At the very least I would expect some type of apology. I hope that you can take this as an opportunity to realize that more training is needed for your employees.
Horrible place, ruining the name of McDonald's , horrible service, will mever set foot near that place. Hated everything we ordered. Had now fish fillets, no coupons were working which never happened before, ice cream is very icy and full on runny, the workers were horrible not able to understand simple english, very horrible service. I am not trying to he mean or anything it was just tooo bad?
This site is disgusting! I ordered food then went to restroom (had I waited, I NEVER would have ordered food - staff CANT wash their hands!!!). Toilets didn’t flush, no TP in 2 stalls and mens room was worse! Do NOT eat here - food inspection needed!
If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service, incorrect order, missing food, manager called me a b…. in Spanish thinking that I wouldn’t understand what she said. All of this, because she was incorrect and the two orders for our car were incorrect. I filed a complaint, we’ll see what happens with that. Looking at the other reviews for this location it seems that something needs to be done ASAP!!!!
I came here tonight with a pretty large mobile order. and i get that it was going to take a minute because of that but it wasn’t busy and i didn’t mind waiting. but when two doordash drivers got out of their cars to stand around mine to ask the window for their orders instead of mine, and nothing was done to deter them, and then i get half of my order and when i pulled back up to the window to get the rest of my order, i was told “goodbye”
was given half our order and we could see the other half right behind the counter. at least 4 employees looked at me and ignored me, and one girl walked right by me when i said excuse me. took 10 minutes to get someone’s attention and the guy was very confused while we said it was our food sitting there…
The worst I swear the attitudes and service are horrible! The drive thru is ridiculous. Never seen workers that act as if they are inconvenienced because they have to work. Head down the street skip this place!
The employees in this place are so rude. They gave me wrong order and instead of apologizing, the manager started arguing with us. I do not know why they hire these disrespectful and rude people. The manager is so rude and disrespectful
The mcdonald employee didn't give me my correct order .i ordered 2 sausage bagels buy one get 1 free in only got 1 .i canceled order got refund.
great food terrible service my daugter and I orderd on the kiosk and it would not let me pay my husband ordered a fish sandwich and they forgot the tarter sauce and they paid more attention to the drive thru then the people inside of the building
