If you order ahead using the app, expect your order to never be ready on time. I have never had a good experience when coming to this Kung Fu Tea, but it is is the only one in the area. This most recent visit, I placed an online order and only one drink was made out of three, as is they forgot to make the last two. Additionally, wearing gloves is apparently not a requirement for workers making the drinks and makes me cringe just thinking about the potential germs. A plus is that the workers have always been polite.
I have been to many different kung fu tea locations, I think this is so far one of the busiest location. I arrived early, there were many customers waiting in line so I just waiting there too. However, 15 mins later, the customers came in at the same time or even later than me left too, and it was past my order due time. So I asked a crew to check my order, then found out my order was missed. I was a little upset but the lady(I think she’s the manager) was very nice, apologized to me and offered me a free topping(lol, I guess better than nothing) . I understand mistakes all happened, just hope my next visit won’t be the same. The milk tea was made perfectly, 50% sugar level and no ice. I love it.
I would not recommend coming here if you’re on a time crunch, even if you order ahead. I love Kung Fu Tea and was so excited when they first came to Woodbridge but i prefer the springfield location. Sometimes when i order, the boba is hard af and almost inedible. Also it takes FOREVER to get my order whenever I order and I always order ahead. Today i ordered ahead in the app at 3:10 and didnt receive my drink until 3:31. The store was almost EMPTY like only one other person was in there waiting for his drink. Why order ahead if they don’t make it until you get there?! Completely ridiculous.

My kids ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! We don't celebrate with ice cream, we celebrate with Kung Fu Tea. The drinks are delicious and we love customizing them in the app. And the staff is wonderful!
I have been visited this location since they opened. The staff used to be friendly and professional. Today 10/30/2021 I ordered a tea without milk , I repeated it couple time. Her attitude wasn’t good at all in the beginning. After I read my receipt, the drink is milk tea which is not my order. I mentioned with her right away and she said she won’t put milk in my drink. I said the price isn’t the same , isn’t it ? She seems very unprofessional and processed the refund without pleasure. Not even a single word to apologizing , acting like this is all my fault. She didn’t give me the refund receipt. I mean her job is take the order and fix it if it go wrong. I end up paid for 2 drinks and cross my fingers to wait for the refund. Y’all should train your employees better to treat a customer. Never go back. There is plenty of boba place around
My favorite place opened up in Woodbridge VA!!! Lactose Free products for those who have intolerance (all locations) ; Ingredients are extremely holistic ! Great environment! loving & very helpful front staff always!!! CHECK THEM OUT ????

Kung Fu Tea is the place to go to get an amazingly refreshing drink. The Strawberry Lemonade is one of my favorites followed closely by the Lychee Punch. Kung Fu Tea has a drink/flavor you will like. Don't take my word, stop by and check them out.
