Absolutely disappointed! First time ordering KFC in a few years! My order was incomplete and the food I received tasted horrible. The chicken looked and tasted gross and the coleslaw was abismal, no flavor and it was warm. The Mac n cheese was obviously from a box, and I’m still trying to decipher what flavor the lemonade is. The manager appeared to be understanding about the mix up and assured me I wasn’t charged for the missing items, but after today, I am no longer a KFC fan.
The worst place ever I order grilled chicken, and this was at night last thing I ateNext day went to the emergency hospital because I have salmonella poisoning from this placeThis place is dirty and I don’t recommend anyone coming here. I will be contacting my health department about this issue they shouldn’t get away with this.

Their portions have not shrank like the KFC near Dumfries Rd and Rt #1. They sometimes leave you waiting in the parking lot for your order. My last visit was ended after a 30 minute wait where all I ordered 1 bucket of Grilled and 1 of Crispy chicken. I would give them 5 starts if they open up their restaurant.
What a bad service. I got only 1 napking for 2 dishes I bought. No ice and a disgusting shouter hispanic window cashier. If I want kfc I will go to another franchise.
Their new plant base nuggets are not good and they forgot twice to give me the kfc sauce. Strawberry lemonade was actually pretty tasty I can't complain about that

Does not follow store hours or answer phones. Change your store hours. If you’re not open till 11 take it off of your website.
The BEYOND vegetarian chicken nuggets are good! That's the only reason for 2 stars as it was a nightmare unorganized with the drivethru today Sunday 1/16/22. The most disappointing part is they forgot our CORN and still charged us, no napkins too. C'mon man, this should be seamless. My husband was there 20 minutes trying to get our food. And then had to park and go back in as they forgot the sauces we ordered too. Not busy just disorganized. We want a refund on the corn.
I dont go here very often and the price always seems a little high when I get it for just fast food chicken. The food quality is what you expect. This place gets a good rating from me simply because the drive thru is much faster than expected every time I visit and they get my order right.
