Ordered from this location but when i got home the chicken was dry and the color was a dark brown and it smelled like the oil had gone bad. I was hungry so i tried to ignore it becuz it was hot outside and i was tired from work. But the texture and the smell was too much so i tried calling no one answered so i got back in the car and took it to the restaurant so they can see for themselves. Instead of agreeing that the product was bad they talked down to me and and said she can try to replace one box but the second box i started eating from even tho it was only part of one chicken she wasnt gonna replace then gave me back the box with the bad food and said i can keep that. So after feeling disrespected and belittled i decided to just leave and write the front office who told me take the receipt back so i can get a refund so i explained I threw the whole bag in the garbage with the receipt and haven't heard back from them
Lights were off, wondered if KFC had closed early. Lobby door was LOCKED. After I ordered in DRIVE-THRU, was advised lobby doors had been unlocked...was maybe 7:30pm. Menu board was dark in Drive-Thru. After I commented I could not see the MENU-BOARD, the cashier cut the electric light switch on & I could see the MENU BOARD. The 8pc Bucket (Original) was delicious w/ my 2 sides (Mashed Potatoes w/ Gravy & Cole Slaw w/ 4 Biscuits.) Condiments: Honey & Butter Spread. I git a Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake, too (delicious!).
The pictures of their menus, and their online price list a three-piece chicken box (two thighs, one drum, mashed potatoes and coleslaw) at $8.49 (before adding the 6% tax). Tonight they insisted that it was $8.99, and I would only get one side. I argued with them for 5 minutes at the window and showed them the photos and the prices on my phone. Their final answer was, "we can't change the system." They are likely doing this to every customer, but no one notices or questions it. HUGE SCAM!!!
Drive-thru service order was complete and accurate. Helpful and pleasant staff.
They close before 11p. If you want dark meat, be there before 9. Also, no one answers the phone.
Been eating there for years good place for a quick bite
I go to this location because their staff is friendly. However, the food is awful and thats why I dont come here often despite their friendly staff. They are so kind, but they often mess up orders. The food often tastes re-heated. Their fries are awful. I know its not their fault but Wedges need to come back. The fries are so awful and again, they often Re-heat them because i’m sure they dont sell many because theyre gross….
I had quick service in the drive thru. The food was fresh and hot including my fries. Was refreshing to see KFC do a good job since I tend to avoid it due to past experiences. This location was great and convenient for me as it was right before the 95S on ramp.
2nd time ordering from here, and last. Chicken was over cooked, both times. Stopped by after work at 4:30-:45, not like it was 10:45 at night. Very disappointed.
At first I was a bit nervous about this place. One might even say I was chicken... Then I thought to myself, don't be a bird brain! Fly the coop and get over to KFC ? ?
