The restaurant was empty and the waiter take around 15 minutes to get to our table with bad attitude, when she brings us our food she drops some food in the table and she cleans with her hands the service was bad, a couple of girls came in sit next to our table and left because the waiter never came. Good food but not a good experience with the waiter.
This was my go-to restaurant for ceviche, and family enjoyed some of the other dishes. I revisited Justas recently on a Friday night and the place was empty to my surprise. And then, there came the service, the food, the prices, the automatic tip added to the bill and I realized why this place was deserted. I’ll be fair and say the ceviche was still somewhat good, but the prices in reference to the amount and quality of the food is outrageously disproportional, and I’m not looking for a big plate or a gourmet Michelin rated meal for $10, but fair is fair. Additionally, service was not the greatest, we felt rushed, our plates and cups were being taken away before we even finished eating/drinking, not many cordialities which explains the automatic tip being added. Automatic tip means they don’t have to work for it since they’ll get it anyways, and again I’m not looking to be served/catered as a royalty, but standard wait staff protocols, like letting you finish your meal/drink is an obvious one. Not to mention, if m being rushed out of the restaurant, what motivation do I have to stay for dessert or maybe an extra beer with friends and family, which ends in less business for the owners. Needless to say, I will probably not going back to Justas anytime soon. For those in the area who love Peruvian food, I would recommend Kikiriki as a very good option, and Aroma Latin Fusion, a little on the higher price, but quality of food and service is great, and they have an amazing Bandeja Paisa (Colombian dish).
I always do take out I only get the lomo saltaldo over the months my meat portion has gotten smaller other then that quick service and good location.
Mom got me hip to this place- really good ??? try out the milanesa de pollo -Sué ♠️
I honestly don’t understand how you can call this Peruvian food. There is no passion or any type of love put into there food especially for the price!! I made sure when I first tried this place I ordered 6 different things off the menu and believe me it was all bad. I’m half Peruvian and trust me I have ate Peruvian food my whole life. Do no waste your money here. I feel sorry for anyone experiencing Peruvian food for the first time, don’t let this place discourage you. Whoever is in that kitchen needs a lot of work.
I don't care if they add the gratuity but make sure you give a good service. I asked the girl why do they add the gratuity and she was offended. Food is overpriced, like really overpriced. I guess they do t sell a lot so they make it up but increasing the prices.

My wife and I just ate here for the first time and the food was EXCELLENT!! Everything was seasoned to perfection, it was really really good!!!
Went to give it a try. Food is ok. Price is really high for the quantity. Only 1 server for the whole restaurant. Then they add 18% gratuity to the check. I will never go back.
Got chicken sandwich with green and white sauce. Well prepared and delicious. Menu offers a variety of different dishes. Friendly staff.
