Really good food! Always order for hubbys birthday and it never disappoints!
I went in for lunch and ordered steamed shrimp and sausage. With it I was supposed to receive a drink and either potatoes or corn.I didn't receive potatoes or corn, so I had to specifically order them separate . I went to dig in the shrimp to find that they do not clean their shrimp . I don't eat dirty shrimp. Asked for a knife so that I could clean them. Guess what ... no knifes, I was told I could use a flimsy plastic fork. I left! Without eating.
I ordered alot of food online and paid upfront...when I got home I was missing items and tried calling restaurant several times to let them know and they don't answer. Food was ok, lacked alot of flavor. Contacted online support who I ordered food through and they stated restaurant refuses to refund money for missing items...don't recommend this restaurant too many better options around.
The food is terrible. The sauce is watered down and is not tasty at all. Save your money and time and search for another restaurant.

They tell you that they have Dungeness crabs but its really Stone crabs. Shells are extremely hard and has no meat in it. The crabs legs are taken from the bottom of the barrel and they very thin. The corn looks like it was cooked with freezer burns. Will no longer go there. It's a waste of money. Go to Tasty Crabs. They are way better. The food was awful.
I was going to order from this place tonight through their own delivery or Grubhub. I like supporting local businesses. However, I was flabbergasted to see that I would need to pay an extra $1.00 to have mayonnaise on my sandwich! I have never seen the like of that in my life, on any sub or sandwich! I have quite a few suggestions for the owners/managers, but I will keep them to myself so my post does not get flagged/banned. BTW, close by is the Shrimp Shack, which DID NOT charge me extra for tarter sauce to go with my fish sandwich. What a concept!
This was our first time ordering from juicy claw. We ordered rice we got 2 separate orders of French fries in separate containers. We ordered 8 wings from the lunch special we received 4. The potatoes were good and seasoned we received 3 small bite-size plus 2 ears of corn that were not seasoned but sweet tasting. Shrimp salad had plenty of jumbo shrimp, the tomatoes were soggy. Also ordered fried jumbo shrimp that were absolutely delicious. This was a hit or miss deal for us; not sure we will return.
I ordered for the first time The Drool and was very disappointed in the amount of food I got for the price..the menu stated a 1/2 lb of snow crab legs but I literally got one claw with 3 legs on it. A few shrimps, what look like little Weiner sausages a few as well and tons of mussels and clams with empty shells. Not worth the price...
