I’m not sure what happened to this location but it has gone completely down hill. 4-5 employees working and not 1 welcome/greeting, no I’ll be right with you, just folks looking at you and carrying on with whatever they were doing. 2 disappeared to the back. I stood there being the only person in line for 3-4 minutes with no type of service. 2 more people walked in to no type of greeting and began to wait. After another minute or so I just decided to leave. My last experience wasn’t pleasant either they need better employees.
This location needs to work on speed, cleanliness and attention to detail. I was second in line and was there for almost 20 minutes. The young lady was using wayyyyyy to much oil and vinegar which explained why the other day when my husband brought my sandwich home it was soggy. I couldn’t even eat any for left overs as I ordered a giant for that purpose. I ordered the club sub and had to remind her that bacon came on the sub. They had bread crumbs everywhere and were moving entirely too slow. They definitely need more training here. I also asked for it Mike’s way and also had to remind her there was no mayo in the sub. I ordered a giant again and she must’ve put a teaspoon worth of mayo on all that bread and had to ask for more. She only put one very thin line down the bread. The lady in front of me was frustrated with her order as well and commented “poor thing” as she had many errors with her order. Honestly I will just drive further next time to give this location a little more time to get a better system in place.

I have never tasted such a bland sub in my life. We both had a turkey and cheese sub that had absolutely no flavor at all. Waste of money.
this store is nicely put together, great customer service and the food is always fresh. this store is probably the best in woodbridge.
Steak & cheese sub was salty but our others subs were great!
Since they opened, we have been loyal customers of JM #2954 Woodbridge, VA. I place an order on the app and like clockwork on or before the time stated, it is ready for pickup. Not today... I placed the order, my husband arrives and is told that the walk-ins must be taken care of first, that they did not even start my order. Seven people walk in, place their orders and leave with their food, while we wait. The young lady was rude, we have never had an issue in all the times we've ordered. We asked for a refund and will go to the JM on Old Bridge instead.
Subs have no flavor it's like a bad joke at what point do people stop and realize this stuff tastes like nothing I can't believe I paid for a bottle of water for $3 and this horrible sub I'm going to spread the word but this chain needs to stop all stores really are bad only the mom and pop places know what they're doing you guys are a joke I won't send my store a personal comment because all of you stores are corporation and make your sandwiches the same way which is totally trash I'm sorry I wasted my money I have to spread the word
this location is closed. looks like renovations or something. it would be nice if they posted the closure instead of having people waste their time driving over there.
Great service, sub was fresh and tasty. Will definitely visit this location again.
