Went to take advantage of Senior Wednesday. Was denied because waiter said discount time ended at 9 pm, not 10 as my promotional email said, and we arrived at 9:02. Entrees and sides were mixed up. Half her meal was on my plate and vice versa. IHOPs are notorious for low standards, but this one is too far below the line. Will not be back.

I ordered the Belgium waffle meal. Waffle was brought to the table cld. Eggs and bacon was very hot. I told the manager Mike that my waffle was cold. He brought the same waffle back after microwaving it. I told him I did not want it.Luckily, we had an awesome waitress Yasmine! She apologized and attempted to correct the issue. Unlike the manager!Five stars to YASMINE!

The worse in Virginia!! Hands down...the cooks.. smh they can't cook. You'll do 10 times better eating out of the 7/11 avoid if you can. If not you'll be VERY unhappy

Not to crowded... not a long wait, got a booth n good service too... after went to other place for mochas

Had to wait quite awhile for a milkshake. Food was good. My chicken was made incorrectly though. Server was polite and attentive

I just want to send out shout out to Beatrice, an employee of Ihop for her honesty. She found my engagement ring, and kept it safe.Also love the food and services at this branch.

Staff was sooo super sweet and food was delish! This location gave the best vibes 10/10 !!

Our entire visit tonight was horrid. From getting seated to getting food. We were seated rather quickly and my wife and daughter went to use the bathroom which the ladies room was out of order and they have the men's room as coed and 1 person at a time. I was sitting for close to 10 minutes before my wife came waiting to be asked for drinks. After My wife returned she literally stood in the middle of the floor for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention so that we could be moved to another seat, they had us entirely to close to another family. There was no social distancing at all, and being they were not busy at all there shouldn't have been a reason for everyone to be grouped together. My wife had to go get the MGR, who had a terrible attitude, and asked her to move us to another booth.It took forever to get our food. A couple that came in well after we placed our order and they got their food before us. When our food ended up coming everything was cold. Like it had been sitting for the 30 minutes we waited for it. When brought to said managers attention she didn't even apologize for the issues or show any concern. Took our food with attitude and remade it. Brought it back with me attitude and now my family is scared to eat their food. I placed a call to the stores General manager/Director of Operations Rosemarie and she was just as rude and not concerned about the problems of one of her locations.We had issues here in the past but figured would give it another try. Wish we hadn't. Wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Went to ihop today for breakfast with the family. Was served by Betty she was so helpful and greeted us too .the service was great .we loved the food and my Cappuccino was great. Thanks Betty for your service .and all the employees and manager were great too.

We’ve been here many times and I feel the quality has gotten worse over the years. We still enjoy it, but do not recommend the milkshakes which are very watery and chemical-tasting. Understaffed during the pandemic.
