I had the most pleasant experience this evening at Hooters. Ms. Carlita was so professional and courteouswith her customer service towards me. I highly recommend this Hooters in Woodbridge, VA.I am a happy customer!
I want to give it more stars cause I honestly dont mind Hooters, but idk if we visited at a wrong time or what. I've been here 3 times. 2 other times service was fast and great, the last time, ughh. Very slow, took too long, food was blah, service was ok. Atleast the views were good, but that's about it. Not saying customer service was bad, but the cooks dragged our food for about an hour.

Kind of surprised this place is still open. Menu prices are very high. Place is dead during they day yet they have no lunch specials. Food quality is average. The staff are nice but the whole business model is dated.
Always a great time, when I say I go twice a week I'm not kidding. Thanks to my fav waitresses(we have a few). Foods been on point and the drinks have been great. My only complaint is that sink hole in the parking lot. Shesh 3 years I been coming its been there. Fix it please.
The Chicken sandwich was very un flavor-full , it had almost no taste . My fries were freezing cold. And last but not least. Their was a hair in my food. I don’t recommend coming here .
Let's start with the fact that this location has changed since my last visit. This place was terrible 5-6 months ago. When you came in to eat, you weren't even greeted. The level of service was poor. Now fast forward to today... the service has improved dramatically. It's almost as though the management has changed. Destiny was the first person to welcome us.I got exactly what I wanted in terms of service. Always smiling and very attentive. The nachos with chilli & jalapeños were out of this world. FINGER LICKING GOOD! When it came to getting constantly refreshed on drinks, the actual MVP was present. Thank you Destiny I also appreciated the manager, Vince, checking out the table and ensuring that the service was up to par. I'll be returning to this spot shortly. I'll get you an update when I come back. If the staff remains as friendly as our server I'll deff be here more often.
Good food. It wasn't very crowded considering there was a UFC fight going on. Be careful in the parking lot though. There are potholes big enough to swim in!!
Good service. Decent prices, decent food. Nothing special nothing bad. During March madness and they did have every game available on the TVs
I am a huge fan of the chain, but this location was flat out awful. I do not leave this kind of reviews at all, but my shrimp was cold when they brought it out. My chicken wings were not all the way cooked. It was flat out gross, I couldn't even finish them. I asked for ranch, was changed for extra ranch, got blue cheese. The sweet tea tasted like straight syrup. The waitress's had hardly anyone in there but every time there was a delay in service it was always - sorry I had a manager meeting? Just disappointed. Not my last time going to the chain, but probably this location.
