Went in with my minor brother to cash in in his free birthday reward sub. He didn’t have his ID as he is a minor. And they hassled him into making sure he purchased a soda because he couldn’t present an ID. NOTE on the website it says no ID required to use up this offer and obviously minors arnt issued driving ID. Seems like a very shady practice. Parishad is the manager and the whole joint looks like it’s ran in terrible condition by the family
Alright food. Kinda sloppily put together. Not the friendliest service. And no sweet tea!! How hard is it to make ice tea?! But the main reason for 3 stars, not friendly, welcoming or thankful. I wouldn’t come back for that reason alone. I’ve been to plenty of locations where they greet you when you enter, pickup your food and leave. Makes all the difference in the world.
Ok, so I have never ever ever written a food review in my 32 years being on this planet. But as I am divowering my delicious sub, I said to my wife I need to write one. I ordered the New York steamer, and let me tell you I is the best f****** sub I have ever had in my whole life!! So delicious! I highly recommend it to anyone who is a meat love like myself 100 percent. Very very tasty!! Like tastey as hell! Thanks firehouse subs for the great food! Will be going back forsure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have come here 25 times by now and always love the food, and the staff are very nice. The Engineer is my favorite!
Great service and great food.
Last few times, poor results. Unintentionally, I ordered 2 large subs. 1 with extra meat, the other not. Both looked the same. The place used to be awesome, somethings have dropped off. First, when you walk in it smells horrible, not fresh. Blau!!!!, placed the bag of food in the car, drove home, now car smells like Global Foods. Sandwiches had guey like stuff in/on them like off colored guacamole. I ate one threw the other out. Upset stomach, nothing too terrible as of yet. Seems like they are cutting corners, using stale ingredients. Next time off to Manassas. We won't return.
Buyers Beware!! I went in to a buy a LARGE sub and was more than willing to purchase a combo to make it an entire meal. The staff handed me a SMALL cup. The board says 10.99 for ANY SIZE DRINK. So if I’m buying a large sub logic says compliment it with a large drink. I believe that was dishonest and shady on behalf of the staff. I’m giving the store and experience two stars because when I brought it up to the employee, it wasn’t met with too much resistance. I just don’t appreciate that I have to bring it up for the issue to be rectified. There shouldn’t be an issue. If you’re reading this, just pay attention to what you’re paying for at this store. I’m glad I did and I don’t believe anyone should be ripped off in the process. I can’t imagine how many people have been short changed at this point.
Owners were such nice people. The sandwiches were good, only negative is that they could have used a bit more meat to them.
Kids loved the meatball subs. Staff fast and very courteous.
They just need to do better honestly.
