TERRIBLE! I'm literally sitting in their parking lot as I write this. No customer service whatsoever, rude staff, everything is rushed and they NEVER have basic items like glazed donuts or cookies and cream icecream smh. I came at 820, they close at 10pm, more than enough time to make more items....constantly telling customers in the drive through and in line (because the girl was so loud and rude) that they only have cornbread....who does that.
This is the third time I’ve gone there during the morning rush and they missed items on my order. And they also asked me if I had cash instead of card because “their system was down?” at 6:30am with 10 cars in the drive thru? But yet they were able to take my card and charge it just fine… I don’t have time to drive 10 miles back for 2 donuts, this is ridiculous. Never coming here again.
I hit up dunkin donuts quite a bit for a coffee drink fix. There drinks are good and the prices are what you expect. Ive had really positive experiences with the staff and also less positive experiences, so it is hard to give either a high or low rating since it is hit or miss. I'm giving it a 3 star because there has been multiple times I've gone here for a latte or something similiar only to find out that their machine is broken. Also there has been a few times my order wasn't processed 100%. In fairness, I do visit this place a lot, so I guess it is bound to happen from time to time.
Long drive thru line ....lobby is close for ages and there's no reason. It's holiday week and still they will not care to speed up their service. I regretted putting my online order here..... please whoever is reading make sure to have 30 to 45 minutes extra if you unfortunately have to ordet at this location. My best recommendation is to go to another DD which is only a mile away from this one. I WOULDN'T ORDER HERE AGAIN EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING FREEBIES
Poor customer service ordered on drive thru I ordered 4 items and was charged for 4 only received 3 . Lady taking the order was talking over me the whole time her tone gave me the impression that she was in a bad mood . called the store but it seems like they don’t care to pick up. They didn’t even care to give me my receipt got home and had to check for price to see if I was charged for the missing item . Unfortunately I noticed until I pulled out the location I was missing 1 of the items. Maybe Putting someone who is more patient on drive thru? Just a suggestion.
The reason why I rate this a 1/5 is because the service is terrible. There was a long line in the drive-thru and i decided to order online. I was waiting for over 15 minutes for my order and it still didn’t arrive. I decided to then call the place to ask about my order. They told me that the don’t do curbside pickup and that I should wait in line. I asked them if they could bring the order outside but they said they couldn’t because there are not that many employees. Dine-in was not available either, while i tried opening the door, I saw many employees sitting down instead of working. Because of the long line, I decided to leave and eat at McDonald’s because it had better service.
I don’t know how hard it is to take someone’s order right, especially after repeating it 3 times and giving it back for a remake, but this Dunkin like a couple of others in my area just can’t do it. The worse part is that the lobby is closed for some odd reason and I can’t even take it back inside to get a remake, I have to wait in a half n hour long line. You guys need to do better at taking who you employee more seriously because you will start losing consumers who have been coming longer then the force working there.

This is THE best Dunkin that I have ever had the joy to go to! They accommodated my large order (50 doughnuts) easily, since I ordered at the shop the night before, and picked them up at a pre-determined time the following morning. Such a lovely, friendly crew, they're always ready and a pleasure to see in the morning when you need your breakfast!
