Usually i get good coffee but my boyfriend told the manager i wanted light on ice and not alot and so she said she was gonna charge more i got a caramel ice coffee with extra caramel and espresso and she scooped the ice out and just poured regular coffee with cream and sugar in it and put a little ice my drink had no caramel no espresso it was straight coffee and cream and the worse part was all the sugar was sitting on the bottom of my drink an inch of sugar around the WHOLE BOTTOM THAT IS CRAZY it tasted like straight sugar and she said she wasn’t gonna charge me anymore ?thats pretty messed up i loved getting coffee from yall its usually really good but that was just messed uppp
Love the snack bacon! That's usually my daily order..lol.. and maybe avocado toast, since I don't consume carbs often. The lines at this location are usually not long. But moves fast when they are. So getting in and out fast is absolutely doable. The staff is friendly and efficient. This location also has a good variety/supply of doughnuts, no matter the time of day, I go in.
Really fast service. One of my favorite Dunkin locations to visit. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a drive-thru but I was still able to get in, and out pretty quickly.
Feb 14, 2022 visit. Went in to see if they had any heart donuts and they had 1 "hard" heart donut left. Dont expect fresh donuts after 11am. And if you stop by after 4pm, you're short all together. Haha!My son enjoyed the "hard" heart donut for V-day.Ps to the cashier - get off your cp when a customer at the counter. Thanks
i have been to the dunkin multiple times, their food and coffee is always great but today and on other occasions there has been a rude worker. i am not sure what their name is sadly but today i was not aware my number was called and they proceeded to say “it’s her fault for not listening” and kept mumbling once i asked for it..
This is a great Dunkin donut experience. It’s very clean the staff are kind and professional. I will definitely be visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts again. And the bathroom was clean fresh.The donuts are also fresh and delicious.
It was crowded when my wife got a craving for Dunkin, but the line moved along and nothing was out of stock, staff was efficient and polite enough
Had the turkey sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin. Service was friendly (drive thru) and food was fresh, hot and delicious.
I've gotten Doordash from them almost everyday for months and all of a sudden they just seem not to care. I get the same 2 drinks (1 hot & 1 iced latte) every day with nothing special. Last 5 orders something was wrong. They forget a drink, they send 2 of the same kind and recently they filled a large cup half way. Seems to me they just don't want the business or they think they can do whatever they want since it's a Doordash order. Which is fine with me I'll just get up 5 minutes early and go to the one off old bridge road at least they can get it right.
I love this specific Dunkin. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The customer service is impeccable. I hope that never changes!
