yesterday June 15! I went to buy I made my order in Spanish! When I paid the girl who attended me he told me that he would not order in Spanish again! which I find outrageous and a bit crude, the attitude of the girl sounded very racist! They should talk to the employees because a lot of Hispanic people go to the place who can't speak English! I hope you take note on the matter! lousy service they don't have to restrict the way how to make an order!
One of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. I’m from New England & I’ve worked at Dunkin.. I know how a great Dunkin is & this is not one at all. Many times I’ve received my coffee & it’s nothing like it should be. One time I saw them make my Iced coffee with Hot coffee that was watered down when it was poured over ice. Absolutely horrible Dunkin’.
These people don’t know how to do the job correctly they don’t know how to take an order and they have a freaking attitude. Worst service ever do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts
Despite in this location, they are very uneducated and impolite, and I pick up my morning coffee everyday, today I found they prepare the orders whatever however they want not what I really ordered, it’s annoying and very disappointing, I need to change my habit and pick up from other location or even start to order from another brand maybe. ??
The guy in the drive thru was really sweet, he saw my dog and gave her a pup cup without me even asking.
This location is getting worse by the day. Not only can they never get my orders and have some rude customer service ( not all, some are better than others), today they had me wait for my drink and not only did they forget to bring it out, when I asked them to remake it because it was no longer hot, they gave me the same one back! Terrible service from this location
24 hour spot in woodbridge. Pretty convenient.
